Selling re certified products like new and in return taking your money with a fee imaginary. It is a Big Lie

I can not give a good review at this time as I have not received what I have purchased from this company yet. Nor have I gotten a conformation that it has even been mailed to me, it was ordered two weeks ago.

Great price and product. Deducted one star because it was advertised as retail and retail means original packaging. CPU showed up in a static bag.

Best prices, easy site navigation, full disclosure of hard drive specs (indicates whether new or refurbished), and fast delivery.

Got the hard drives i ordered but i didn't receive the trays that were advertised on your website. I called your support line and they told me no problem well send them to you but i'm yet to receive them.

Had my shipping mixed up. had to wait over 13 days to receive my laptop charger. I received an email stating that the charger had been delivered, when i called TechPartz they just said their had been a mixed up.

Satisfied with my product. Will order from them again soon.

I had some questions and they helped me very good

They had the part I needed. Ordering was easy. Delivery was quick and I got the part I ordered. It worked.

After all, I did not receive the ordered device. They sent me a wrong one. Then they told me they do not have the right one, "error" in the warehouse. I just spent so much time for chats, phones, emails. I just spend money for delivery. And I had to purchase the right device at another place.
My experience absolutely negative.

Misadvertised a price, wasted time and money dealing with their handling of the issue and then their customer serviced promised to call back but never did. Don't deal with these people.

didn't like the fact that we never got a notification that the item was ship (tracking number) so we could track the package. then i call and spoke to a gentleman that states he would email information and never receive the email. then the gentleman called back after the fact and we had already receive the package.

Merchant does not clearly define product condition on site. "New" appears to have two groupings according to their support department, and you have to know how they SKU their inventory to know which is which. - appearently These are New Bulk / New Open Box Switch(s), which were used as test purpose, which to me does not indicate NEW. -

From their Support Department:
New Retail Factory Sealed products end with "-F" after the MPN.
New Bulk / New Open Box products end with "-N" after the MPN.

Hopefully this will help other buyers to make their decision.

Item did not come with the low profile bracket that was listed in the product description and the product was not new from the manufacturer with no indication in the product description of this fact. Customer service was also completely useless

Part came quickly, worked fine. No ordering problems.
