I have ordered lots of times from them. Always get great service, great product at a great price..i really like shopping them..

I found everything I wanted to order easily.
Everything arrived in timely fashion.
The printing was perfectly
clean and crisp.
The sizing was spot on.

Miserable customer service; no help provided at all. I ordered 8 shirts, received 3 shirts after 9 days. But the other shirts were not received.

The website states:
"The How long will it take to ship my order?
DTG & Screen Print (5-10 business days)"

It has been 11 business days; and not only has my order not been shipped, it is currently "printing"; no assistance provided with my issue.

They refused to expedite shipping, the refused to cancel the order, and they could not even provide me with an estimated shipping date.

Just horrible! I ordered on Dec 26 and never received my shirt. Filed a claim on Feb 7 and they said they would ship out another one. It still hasn't shipped yet. I live in Canada and once the package arrives in customs from the USA, there is no tracking number! They use the absolute cheapest and slowest way to ship. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I received my order and I'm very pleased with the shirts but I would think twice before ordering again because they tooo long for delivery

It wouldn’t let me leave a zero. They sent the wrong product to my grandmother, who then had no idea who sent it! Oh, and then they refused to correct their horrific error.

I am still waiting for the correct pillow to be sent to me. My son ordered a pillow for me for Mother's Day, yes mother's day is in May! I live in MN, mY son in Virginia. They sent a pillow of Rhode Island and New York. Teecony has refused to correct the situation.

I received the mug quickly and it was in good condition. Very nice quality and printing on the mug.

Ordered product over a month ago!! Haven't received it!! I've sent emails & I receive responses that do not really help!! Once I received a helpful response the other 3x were useless!! They are a company with awful shipping services & very uninterested lack of customer service!! Suggestion..if you live in Canada DO NOT order anything from them!!! They really don't care at least that's what I have experienced!! Very disappointed!!

Product was great. Shipping took a will. Customer service was slow to solve a problem but they came through in the end. I will order from them again.

CANADIAN GIRL LIFE TOOK TO AUSTRALIA TANK TOP Order did not arrive. Had to advise and it was then resent but the main issue is that a large fits me like a sausage skin when normally I am a Sz 14 AU or 12 CAD. Very disappointed :(

Great product. Customer service was wonderful. Only reason 4 stars, as others stated, they take a super long time with shipping. Give them at least 4-6 weeks to get your items. So, if you need something quick, then this isn’t the company for you.

It's a fruit of the loom tshirt and the printing is very bad. Definitely overpriced and I won't purchase anything from Tee Cony again

My tee shirt arrived today. Order was perfect. Five stars.

I ordered a t-shirt , it took 6 weeks to get to me and several emails . When it got to me it had several letters on it that did not print completely . I filed a clam and they responded with it meets our standards , B S .

Ordered two different shirts. Printing was excellent and shirt material very good. Had minor issue but customer service was beyond what I would have expected.
