Found the exact light i needed and fast shipping
Found the exact light i needed from Tekled. It was reasonably priced for 2 lights and the shipping was extremely fast. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again ☺️

I’m really impressed with TekLED as a company, particularly their customer service. They seem to uphold the kind of strong ethics that many British companies were known for a decade ago. My experience was positive from start to finish — from placing the order through to resolving issues that only became apparent a few months after delivery. I’d happily do more business with them in the future.
A special mention goes to their calm and patient customer service team. They didn’t try to place blame on me or make an issue of the delay in reporting the problem, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring.

I have had five sets of outdoor lights…
I have had five sets of outdoor lights from Tekled, and overall they have been fine. The last two sets didn't last a month per set. They were replaced free of charge as they come with a 12 warranty. I had to remind them about the last set a couple of times but they replaced them. Overall an excellent service.

Short led lights.
Wanted a new under cupboard led light due to failure of switch on old unit, of three. This company had what I required at a reasonable price. Received & satisfied. Wiring for same can be adjusted easily.

The light didn’t have any assembly…
The light didn’t have any assembly instructions. I have to put lots of pieces together. The return policy is not customer friendly!!! My electrician refused to install it as it more hassle to put it together now I have to find someone else. Now I am stuck with it and if I return it I will loose a lot of money!!!
