The product is great, just a small but …
The product is great. It works well, and looks good. Delivery was fast, and tracking effective. I only had one small issue … the instructions were unclear, and I had to make some adjustments to the mounting. There was a useful video on YouTube on putting the item together, but it was too fast, and the vital instructions on actually fitting it weren’t part of the video.

The light fittings are excellent
The light fittings are excellent, good all round light. However the company's communication was very slow when we needed to replace one of the glass globes. They did resolve it eventually. Overall very pleased with the product.

The item arrived quickly however the advert and the manual stated there should be 4 tens electrode pads and there were only 2. I hope you will forward the additional electrode pads.

The bulbs are work well but they have some scratches on and a few marks. I couldn't be bothered to send back as had been without bulbs for a while.

Good quality lamp made of metal and glass, not plastic, and good value. Looks good after installation.
There was minor damage to one glass panel on arrival, which the supplier said they would replace, but this is not noticeable in use so I declined since the light is installed.
The light also came with minimal instructions regarding suitable bulbs, and states on the website it is a maximum 40w. However I believe this relates to incandescent bulbs, and since the power consumption of LED bulbs is much less ( typically 8.5W for a 60W light output LED equivalent), I have fitted such a light which runs cool and gives a good light. The company have agreed to improve the wattage information given with the lights.

As you mentioned, LED equivalents (for example around 8–9W for a 60W equivalent output) are perfectly suitable and much more energy efficient.
