I absolutely love my Teppana rug

I absolutely love my Teppana rug! It’s a beautiful design and good quality. The rug comes in two pieces, so I highly recommend taking the time to read the instructions before rolling it out.

A little bit pricey, but the excellent quality makes it well worth the investment.

Very happy with this purchase! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a durable yet stylish rug.

A bit ‘meh’

A bit ‘meh’
I was really excited to receive my carpet. However, at the price point I have to admit to being a bit disappointed with it. The finish doesn’t say premium and for the price paid I would have hoped it would. I was left a little underwhelmed if I’m honest. It did wash and dry as easily as advertised though, so that’s a plus.

I’m absolutely in love with my Teppana…

I’m absolutely in love with my Teppana rug! The washable feature is a game-changer – no more stressing over spills or stains. It’s super soft, durable, and looks amazing even after multiple washes. The designs are perfect for any room, and the quality is top-notch. I’ve washed mine a few times, and it still looks brand new! Highly recommend Teppana for anyone looking for style and practicality in one. 10/10!

Excellent…

My rug got lost and after contacting Astrid in cust services, a replacement was shipped out quickly. Excellent service. And ny rug is lovely.

No rug delivered

No rug delivered. No explanation. Only after posting review was I told the 'delivery was refused' which is not true.
So issue seems to be delivery company, the supplier could have reached out to us rather than just refund.

Order did not arrived

It's been over a month and I have yet to recieved my order.

Great service

Great service. Rug arrived on the date agreed. The carpet looked like the pictures on the internet. The colour and design were exactly as I had envisaged.This was partly the reason I went with this company rather than one of the other washable rug companies as from reviews on competitors' sites a common complaint seemed to be that the colour did not match that shown. The pad underneath came in three separate strips which surprised me but actually worked ok. It was a bit difficult to lay the rug on top but got there after a few attempts! Really pleased with the overall look and that it doesn't move as the previous rug did. Only negative is that I cannot use my Dyson vacuum cleaner on it as even on the lowest suction stops it working. OK if I use one of the tools but not as convenient. Hence four not five start!

So very disappointing

So very disappointing dealing with this company. No customer service at all. We have been waiting for nearly 3 weeks and chasing it up. Tracking with UPS showed it was ready to be dispatched 15 days ago. Then out of the blue, our money was refunded without any explanation. Could not possibly recommend.

The delivery partner ups is horrible

The delivery partner ups is horrible . They tried 2 attempts both time I tracked their delivery online driver was around the vicinity but made no attempt to drop off the parcel. Your carpet I had ordered for my house warming which is today and I have no carpet for my guests arriving. Please find a reliable delivery partner as it’s very important and your duty as well to ensure I have my order on time. I don’t know about the product but the delivery itself has left me upset and without a carpet for my guests.
