We absolutely loved our olive oil tasting experience.
Our guide was very informative,passionate about their vintage producing olive trees and their boutique products.
The tastings have changed our future purchases of olive oil from the supermarket. Only the best in taste and flavour available from the Puglia region will be our guide.
We had products shipped home and arrived within 2 weeks.

Full participation of our group was achieved and we are grateful for our time with Marco, our host, and Umberto, our world class cheese maker!!! Thanks for fully engaging our small group, and making the effort to explain the process and subtle changes involved in cheese making. It was fun!!
Our decision to defer to a professional for our tour of Martina Franca was a good one indeed. We experienced the farm (Masseria) first hand from earthly elements to production. The capstone lunch allowed us to enjoy the fruits of our labor, have some local wine, and just be in the moment. The perfect ‘cheese and wine’ event! Excellent salsiccia crudo as well.
We’ve toured enough to know this does not just happen. Terrachevive is well organized and takes into account the skills and interests of a broad group. It is not an on line booking agency - it is interactive and this was beneficial to us. Also, their relationship with this farm created an experience that resulted in a level of engagement (and patience) that was just right for us all. No doubt some in our team will attempt to repeat the delicious Fresh Ricotta preparation process at home. Others will note the quality of their next barrata because they learned about its production subtleties and what to look for.
First hand experience provides great perspective on learning more about our world, and in this case, the great world of cheese. Thank you Terrachevive and Ciao Marco -

Getting to see the traditional cheese making process and learn about milking cows was very fascinating. The visit was finished off with a generous cheese and wine tasting.

During our Burrata Making tour, we visited the Masseria (farm) and learned about the process from the very beginning (from cows) to the cheese-making process crowning it all with the degustation of the products from the farm including ones we've made.
It was indeed the best mozzarella and burrata in our lives!
Highly recommend Marco and this tour!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Terrachevive that provided us with a cooking class and dinner in our booked villa. From the very beginning, the process of arranging this service with Marco was very easy and he managed to completely fulfill our demands. Their attention to detail in planning our culinary adventure was great and they were not only skilled instructors but also delightful company throughout the evening.
When it comes to food, it exceeded all our expectations. The ingredients were fresh and locally sourced, and we also got some tips and tricks on how to recreate those meals but we have also learned how to make fresh pasta thanks to their expert chef who explained all the steps in details and helped us in the process. They have also beautifully set the table on our villa's terrace and made some decorations on site so we had a feeling we are sitting in a fancy restaurant.
To sum it all up, from arranging the service to their incredible kindness, everything was perfect. The cooking class and dinner in our villa exceeded all expectations. The food was divine, and the whole experience was simply unforgettable. Highly recommend!

In short: experience was great, reservation process was bad.
The experience was great. Nice tour with a great lunch. I am sure all this will be the case for all options.
The reservation process is not ideal. There is no information available on the website regarding availability. Of course this can be asked via mail, so I did. I informed about the cheese making class and got a response on Saturday. I on my turn answered on monday that I was interested in the available data and I would like to reserve that data. They replied with "it is no longer available"... I get that you can't hold a spot forever, but I am sure you can hold a spot for 1 day, right? And if not, at least inform me that the reservation is only valid for x amount of time.
I hope this will he fixed in the future for other people.

From the beginning to the end, this was the most unforgettable experience that we would recommend to all visiting this area.
Marco was an amazing guide - pleasant, fun and very knowledgeable. The tour through the whole Masseria, including the surrounding fields, farm, cheese production and the restaurant was simply incredible! Our lunch included a bottle of their local wine (which we bought a 5 liter bottle of afterwords), cheese and meats, freshly baked pugliese bread (which we also bought more of), other snacks and ice cream for desert. We 100% recommend this experience to the travel community!

Our guide was very charming and had a comprehensive knowledge of the history of the masseria and olive oil processing. The ancient olive trees had a special beauty. It was a unique experience to go underground and see the antiquated way olive oil was gathered and all the ways it was used. The olive oil itself was delicious and we bought a couple bottles to take home. I would recommend this tour!

Our guide was so very knowledgeable about the entire process of growing olives and then producing oil. We also got a glimpse into its history. The trees are quite incredible! Then the tasting was the highlight and of course being able to purchase a great tasting oil.

The tour was great!! We didn’t book a spot until the day before. Marco was a great host and tour guide. He spoke very good English and let us see the whole farm! After the tour we tasted amazing food and their selfmade wine that was amazing. They’ve got a little shop where we could buy some of their products. Overall it was a great experience!

Marco and Umberto were amazing - we cannot recommend the Dairyman for a Day cheese making experience enough!! We learnt so much about the farm and cheese making process. Marco spoke perfect English. By far the best experience we did - very hands on, fun, and tasty!!

We had a wonderful experience visiting the farm. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given a comprehensive tour of the entire farm. Later, we had the privilege of visiting the cheese-making facility, where the cheese artisans were equally gracious in hosting us. They presented a wide variety of cheese types and patiently guided us through the entire cheese-making process, from start to finish.
The entire experience was truly enriching. It was not only educational but also incredibly enjoyable. The personal and friendly approach of the hosts made it all the more special.
To cap off the visit, we were treated to a delightful meal featuring delicious salami and exquisite bread, accompanied by a carafe of wine that complemented the cheese perfectly. We left with hearts full of gratitude and happiness, cherishing this unique and memorable experience.

We loved our cooking class with Gaetano! What an authentic and unique experience. I arranged this a birthday gift for my partner said it was the best thing we did on our trip. :-)
The food was amazing, and Gaetano was down to earth, helpful and a lovely person to spend time learning from.
Marco was helpful & super communicative in arranging this.
We will definitely book something again if we return to the region. :-)
