The knowledge of the guide (Rossaria) was great. It was nice to see a younger generation trying to improve and move forward with the oil production in hard times. They clearly care about their family heritage. She was very friendly and easy going, keen to answer questions. It will be nice to go back in a few years to see how the cave restoration is going. Tasting was informative and oils for sale very reasonably priced. Would certainly recommend this for any foodies and may I take this opportunity to wish the family all the best with their business.

Very speedy response and booking of an excellent olive oil tasting session. Super informative and going beyond the standard 'exit through the gift shop' approach. Highly recommend.

We would strongly recommend the Organic evo oil tour & tasting organised by Marco at Terracheviva.com. There is a huge amount of history at the Savoia Olive Oil Masseria, some trees are over 1000 yrs old! The tour finished with the tasting session which was a lot of fun. A great experience.

We loved our cooking class with Anna & Raffaele. They were very patient with us whilst we fumbled to shape the orecchiette. The class finished with a fabulous meal.

They were extremely knowledgeable about their products and very easy to work with. And I love their products!

We had a great time learning how to cook traditional Puglian pasta. The food and wine served was delicious and fresh!

The wine tour was amazing! Marco the owner was very informative, attentive, and entertaining. We got to tour the vineyard, the cellar, the equipment, and then had several tastings. An awesome experience, I highly recommend him and when I'm in the area I will certainly be going back again, grazie mille Marco!!

Great tour! Rosaria was very kind and informative. We went with our 1- year-old son and she was very patient with his moods. The trees are gorgeous, and the olive oil delicious. We learned a lot about the oil-making process in Puglia. Would definitely recommend.

This was truly the best meal we had while in Puglia. Not only was the food delicious, but the experience was amazing too. From time of booking, Marco was extremely helpful in curating a menu that worked for our group. When Piera arrived, she brought everything she needed, was self sufficient and allowed us to enjoy the AMAZING food she cooked. Was such a great experience we tried to book again during our short stay in the area!! I highly recommend to all my family and friends!

We had an amazing time at buttata lesson. Everything was very professional. We saw the farm and we were preparing different kind of cheeses. Everything was perfectly organised. I really recommend this experience. It is totally worth it.
