This company is fraudulent. They will rip you off, make you pay to ship the misleading crap they sell you back to them, then they will claim the package never arrived and won't reimburse you.

Then they reply to angry customers with some ChatGPT generated nonsense pretending to care about you and acting like they're a legitimate company.

They will rip you off.

SCAM BUSINESS

This company is a scam.

They advertise premium products then provide cheap TEMU garbage.

And then when you try and get a refund for the fraudulent product, they will refuse to pay

DO NOT GIVE THEM A CENT OF YOUR MONEY

They will rip you off. It's shameful that fraudulent businesses like this are allowed to continue operating in Australia

Terrible

I have given the 1 star rating because of this companies consistency. Yes consistently terrible at every stage of this transaction. The loss of original purchase price and return postage is nothing compared with the loss of trust in Australian businesses online. It is now months since my last contact with this company and I am still waiting for confirmation that my returned item was received so they could process my refund as promised.
The end result for myself is that I no longer do shopping online and Im sorry for all of the legit companies out there trying to do the right thing.

Do not order - ever

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering anything from this Company, who pose as a small family run business who will get back to you. What a joke this is. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone.
Ordered in November 2025. Never received tracking info and then was provided with the wrong details when I chased them up.
Sheet arrived in a timely fashion, but pillows were clearly coming from overseas and this was chased up as well.
Decided to return sheet only to find that the email and website no longer existed.
Made contact with ACCC who advised me who to contact.
Out of the blue they reappear so I resend my email requesting a refund. Responding to emails and phone calls is also something this Company is really bad at.
Anyway. Sent sheet back on 27 February 2026 and I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. Numerous emails and text messages and nothing.
I eventually did get an email apologising for the lack of customer service and that the TEAM? would be made aware of this. This was a week ago. 2 more emails chasing this and still NO REFUND, no resolution, no update.
What the actual is going on?
Do they ever refund? Or are they a bunch of scammers?

I am deeply sorry for every single failure here: the missing tracking information, the overseas delays, the disappeared communication channels, the unresponsiveness to emails and calls, the vague apology without action, and most critically, the refund that should have been processed weeks ago. You've been more than patient, and we've let you down repeatedly.

Ergonomic pillow is a scam

Waited over a week. Came home to a small package. Undid package to discover my ergonomic pillow folded in half, that is how thin the pillow was! Thin as a pancake to sleep on with no support. Nearly $60.00 paid, what a scam. The advertisement showed a well designed plush pillow which I definitely did not receive. I personally feel this item probably came from Temu.

Items never arrived.. rubbish customer service

I ordered 2 items in Dec 2025 with 3-8 days delivery estimate. One item simply never arrived and only one component of the other (power supply). Finally was refunded for one item in Feb and STILL chasing a refund for the other in mid Mar. Total waste of my time and money. Don’t risk it!

Acting as an Australian company

Acting as an Australian company, I paid express shipping as your site said 1-3 days. It’s now been over 10 days, the item is coming from China and there is no information whatsoever. Now I’ve seen all these negative reviews it seems the product will be crap too. Will be seeking a refund for misrepresentation

Terrible experience all round

Terrible experience all round. Initially never received post tracking info and chased order (arriving far too slowly). Product is terrible. Don’t answer phone or respond when asked for callback. Delay in email replies then repeat the same message over and product substandard. Cannot use kneeling chair, it’s unstable and would cause problems not help my back. Want money back and they expect me to pay expenses and it’s large so would need a courier. Don’t risk it with this company!

Do not buy from here!!!!!

I purchased an “ergonomic pillow” and it was nothing like advertised. First they claim to be an Australian company but the pillow came from China and was folded in half, no packaging, just wrapped in black plastic. The pillow is not memory foam but instead filled with very cheap synthetic filling, the cover is cheap fabric and it’s not quilted, it is not all all like advertised or the photos shown. Kmart $5 pillows would be better. I’m extremelly disappointed - do not buy from this company as you will be very disappointed too. False advertising at is finest here!

UPDATE - Terrawellness have responded to this review with their typical response, this is not normal, we are so sorry, reach out to us… but when you do they are not interested in fixing the issues they just very quickly offer you the option to keep the item with a 50% refund or to return the item (at your expense) for a full refund. Of course most will take the 50% refund as who knows what it will cost to ship it back. Seems well planned to me - they are still making money this way as the pillow probably only cost a couple of dollars to make. There is plenty of the same feedback here and they don’t seem to be taking any of it on board, they just keep doing the same dodgy stuff. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I bought 2 pillows that were nothing like advertised

I bought 2 pillows & they were nothing like advertised. They also advertise as an Australian company but they aren’t as the product took forever to get to me & was packaged like a Chinese product, no boxes or proper packaging etc. They aren’t filled with memory foam but instead a very cheap synthetic filling which will get very hot in the summer & is quite firm which I don’t like. They are a knock off of what I was supposed to receive. Very disappointed don’t buy from this company as you will be very disappointed.

Company is misrepresented and product is not as portrayed

I bought a Queen sized grounding sheet and grounding mat. The sheet isn't as portrayed on the website. Once I received it and realized it wasn't what I expected I asked for a refund. Terra Wellness says you can get a refund up to 90 days after purchase. There was only a automatic response email sent. I tried numerous times and got the automatic response only. Not till I said I would review them and go to the ACCC did I get a person to email me about it, offering a partial or whole refund. I asked for whole. I asked for a refund number to send with the goods. No response just the automatic response email. Guess they got me good. I will not be returning the goods till I have proof that after return I will get a refund. They say on their website they have a "happiness guarantee" obviously that means their happiness not the customers.

So disappointed in how this pillow was…

So disappointed in how this pillow was packaged, it was folded in half and bound in black plastic, no paperwork no invoice it was very unprofessional. It took a week for the pillow to regain its shape and puffiness.
