Explained perfectly
We had a new gate, from the manual I had no idea how to change code. Phoned Emily and was guided through step by step. Perfect service plus didn’t have to wait on hold for hours on end.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We would like to apologise for the delay. We shipped the order on the day it was received, but on this occasion we were let down by the courier. So while this was out of our control, we always take full responsibility of an order until it is safely in our customers hands. Hopefully everything else about your experience dealing with us was positive, and again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. The issue has been reported to our accounts team who have refunded the extra that was paid for a next day service.
