The service and lengths that these guys went to was amazing. We needed 4m aluminium gates urgently, because we decided part way though our drive renovations to replace old wooden gates. Our builders had firm plans to complete the job and then move on to their next job, miles away from us. Gates were essential for our dogs’ security. If we couldn’t get the gates in time for the builders to install, things would have got very messy for at least 2 months.
TFS had stock of our chosen gates, took the order on Friday afternoon, and delivery was around 9.30am the following Wednesday. They fitted a lock in this time, too. TFS Matt and Aaron were very patient, answering all my stupid questions (sorry and thanks, guys!). Gates went in perfectly, all clear, no issues, and they look amazing. Expectations massively exceeded.

Once I had managed to locate them they found what I needed in the warehouse and the transaction was quick and easy.

Worked with Aaron at TFS Direct since 2023. Reliable, trustworthy.

Ordered two Locinox lock configurations in 2024. No problems with the order.
A year later, I asked Aaron over email to reorder the same configuration from 2024 order and I just received the same configuration. I did not have to go over the list of part numbers to ensure the order is the same. I generally expect mistakes to be made if I don't look.
Also, I was able to source a bunch of quality DIN locks at an affordable price through TFS Direct.

Whenever I had any questions, I was able to get answers.

I was very happy with the gate lock configuration after a year of operation. The lock design is very thoughtful. The door lock has been operating very smoothly.

Communication was very impressive with TFS Direct. I contacted them prior to ordering to ask them where the lock I was thinking of ordering was made & they wrote back immediately to tell me it was made in the UK. It has arrived in very quick time & I’ve only just opened the box (Borglocks is the actual name of the lock) it looks like very good quality. I’ve yet to see how it functions & hope to report back once it’s been installed on the gate & had a bit of use. So far I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent customer service & bolts

Very happy with the service but being a DIY fitter I didn't know what I didn't know and simple basic instructions could have helped. The hinges are not straightforward despite appearing so on first sight. Having mentioned my posts were 80mm square, i would have hoped/expected an alert to warn me the hinges are 100mm wide. I had to modify the hinges. Also, the adjuster on the top hinges requires a relief hole into the post, easily done but knowing beforehand would have helped (I did look on the website as I thought I had seen instructions regarding marking mounting heights for hinges - perhaps that was another provider). Very nice quality gates, would recommend them.
