Disappointed
We didn't go as my son was really unwell. I rang at 8am to advise that we were unable to go and whilst we were thanked for letting them know, they were unwilling to allow us to change for another day. They said we needed to give 24hrs notice, which is difficult when your child only started vomiting 12 hours earlier.
It was really disappointing and £50 in the bin. Given that it's a child friendly attraction, they should be more accommodating.

Amazing Experience at the Arc Centre
All the staff are amazing including our guide. They are very Autism Friendly, very patient also. My daughter came to see the Cappybara's and enjoyed her experience there. We'll be returning very soon.

The best little animal centre.
Knowledgable staff, super friendly. Both my sons have been to animal rangers and holiday club and have thoroughly enjoyed both.

Fantastic up close meet with the capys.
We enjoyed looking round the rest of the centre too and my daughter now wants to come regularly.
Lovely to see kids there in a regular weekly group getting so involved with the animals and mucky in the outdoors!

Capybara experience
I purchased the Capybara experience for my children and myself. We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed meeting the animals at ARC. Ciara was fantastic, she shared her passion for the centre and her love of the animals.
Yondu and Fudge the Capybaras were gorgeous and my son was in his element feeding them in their enclosure. Well worth a visit and an invaluable part of the community. What the centre offers children is amazing.

Wow! Amazing place!
Wow! Such an amazing, personal experience. We had the session all to ourselves (my son and I) and had a bucket if food to feed the capybaras with. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable and told us loads about the centre, the animals and especially the gorgeous capybaras! The animals seem very well cared for! I will absolutely be going back! Also a great book and gift shop so you can take a little something, (or six) away with you!

Couldn't believe how good this experience was. Not only getting up close and personal with the Capybaras but our own personal tour with a very knowledgeable guide who made the experience great
