From being quite an impatient person
From being quite an impatient person, and thinking so many things can be straight forward, Well this process has taken over 16 months in total it think.
Neil himself has kept to his word, remained calm and honest, Straight talking although maybe I didn’t want to hear what he had to say sometimes as again more frustrating due to health issues
But give him his due, he stuck by his promise of his word and didn’t let us down,
Finally after all this time , we are all good.

Excellent, honest and genuinely helpful advice from Neil Cameron
I dealt with Neil Cameron at The Insurance Surgery while reviewing my existing protection arrangements and considering whether there were better options available.
Neil was excellent throughout. He was patient, friendly, clear and very thorough, and he took the time to understand what I already had in place and what I was trying to achieve. I never felt rushed, and he explained the options and trade-offs in a way that was easy to understand.
What stood out most was his honesty. In the end, Neil was clear that I was probably better staying with my current arrangements rather than changing things for the sake of it. That meant no sale for him, but it was exactly the right advice for me.
I really appreciated the time and effort he put in. He came across as professional, knowledgeable and genuinely focused on giving good advice rather than just trying to place a policy.
I would happily recommend Neil and The Insurance Surgery to anyone wanting clear, honest protection advice.

Can’t recommend enough!
I would recommend anyone who feels overwhelmed with the struggle to get life insurance to go to the Insurance Surgery. After being told by the insurance broker suggested by our mortgage broker that the only insurer who would touch us (because of my pre-existing condition), could only offer me life cover and nothing else, I reached out to the Insurance Surgery for help. I got a call back after around 5 minutes after my initial enquiry and after answering the usual questions, Justin at the Insurance surgery had us a policy sorted within a couple of hours! Excellent, quick and easy service. Highly recommend to anyone with any pre-existing conditions!

Extremely helpful
Stephen G. was incredibly helpful in arranging both critical illness and PMI cover at an affordable price, when other companies outright rejected or offered prohibitively expensive rates. He explained everything very clearly and took the time to understand my medical background to ensure I'd get the best cover for my needs. I'd fully recommend the Insurance Surgery and Stephen as an advisor/insurance broker.

Great Service
