I recently arranged life insurance through Justin Attwood at The Insurance Surgery, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

Obtaining insurance wasn’t straightforward for me due to my personal circumstances, and after speaking to several companies, I was beginning to think I wouldn’t find a suitable policy. Julie went above and beyond to help. She took the time to understand my situation, explored every available option, and worked incredibly hard to find a policy that met my needs.

Excellent customer service in choosing the right policy
Stephen was very professional and courteous during each call. He provided knowledgable information to allow me to access the best policy to fit my needs. He was patient in explaining the differences with specific products and took time again to make sure I understood these fully. Each call was backed up with an email with written details to allow me to be sure I was choosing the correct product for me. Friendly and helpful and an asset to your team. Really easy, straightforward & friendly for complex health
I had a really easy and straight forward discussion with Stephen Gavrovski this morning, after submitted an enquiry last night for life insurance and income protection due to purchasing my new home. I have chronic illnesses and had previously been declined via another provider for a high BMI, however Stephen was really helpful and very understanding of my personal circumstances. He was honest, explained how everything worked and we decided together on what would work best for my personal circumstances. He gave me some time to think about the route I wanted to take and I was so happy to have everything dealt with and resolved in one day. I couldn't recommend Stephen or The Insurance Surgery higher. Thank you for making this so easy!

Life insurance
Ryan Prescott was so good i appreciate everything he did for me, I dont like speaking on the phone due to anxiety so Ryan contacted me from the start through email and sorted out a plan for me that way, then we just had to talk for the final bit of it which was quick and easy. Ryan was fantastic so thankyou again for the help and support. Ive final got a plan in place which I didnt think was going to happen after having cancer last year. Thankyou again.

THOMAS HEYES - ABOVE AND BEYOND
As a fellow Protection Adviser, I can genuinely say Thomas Heyes is one of the best advisers I’ve dealt with.
I have pre-existing medical conditions and a more complex underwriting profile than most, so finding suitable cover wasn’t straightforward. Rather than taking the easy route, Thomas explored every possible avenue, carefully considered the underwriting implications and kept me updated every step of the way.
What really stood out was that I never once felt like I was being sold to. It felt like I had someone genuinely in my corner, trying to get me the right outcome. He wasn’t monotonous, didn’t sound like he was reading from a script and actually had a personality, which made what could have been a stressful process feel relaxed and easy.
His knowledge of protection and underwriting was exceptional. Every question I had was answered clearly and confidently, and even after the policy went live, the service didn’t stop there. He followed up afterwards, made sure everything was in order and was more than happy to answer any further questions I had.
As someone who works in the industry myself, I know good advice when I see it, and Thomas is a massive credit to both himself and the company. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about getting the right outcome rather than just making a sale, I’d highly recommend speaking to him. Five stars all day long.
