Stay well away. scam artists pushing me to either take responsibility on a non fault accident or start paying double premiums.

It's the second month, that I've been paying double premium, no update on any case. I have even provided video evidence but they are not willing to sort it out.

stay well aware, I'll be updating my review with any changes and also will be asking my friends to expose them.

Very easy to rejoin the AA again, I didn't want to leave last time I tried to renew my insurance, couldn't believe i could rejoin again. Great 👍

The service advisor was willing and did spend time with me explaining all the policy details with me. I would say that she was extremely helpful and pleasant this made my decision to change providers much easier than anticipated.

I was attracted by the content of the insurance policy
for the coming year together with its reasonable price
compared with the quoters from other insurance companies. BUT, you didn't earn full marks because of
the difficulty I experienced and still am experiencing in setting up an account. So, at the moment I have no paperwork to show for my renewed insurance until the documents arrive by post, hopefully by 18.09.2026. Every time I was given a 6 digit code for the password it had expired before I could enter it! At 84, I am not as computer literate as most younger people!

On or around the 7th Sept I phoned AA insurance. The cover and quote options were explained clearly and I was able to make a decision to go with AA well ahead of renewal date of my current insurance. which is 30th Sept.and your agent was advised to go ahead. Due to commitments it was necessary to agree the contract early but it is disappointing that that payment was demanded upon acceptance, some 21 days before inception.THERE SHOULD BE AN OPTION TO TAKE THE PAYMENT ON INCEPTION DATE.
