Easy to get a quote bery straightforward and fair price

Good cover at a good price easy to set

Excellent price including breakdown cover, but agent was supposed to call me back the following day at 4.30pm, so give me time to think about the quote, told him it looked very likely I was going to go with AA. I waited until 6.10pm still no call, so ended up having to call AA and go through all the rigmarole again of getting transferred to the correct department etc.

Fast efficient website, easy to set up and take out a policy.

Cheaper quote for the year than the renewal I received from my current provider. App was easy to navigate too.

Setting up insurance was easy

Transferred buildings and contents insurance from another provider who we had been with for a number of years. Prices constantly going skywards even without claiming. Compared policies with AI and both policies identical bar one item. AA was £300 cheaper a year so seamless transfer.

I used confused.com for competitive quotes and AA Silver was marginally the best. It also came up on another insurance comparison site. I was happy to change insurers and go with AA

I used one of the comparison sites to find the best cover for my vehicle and I chose the AA car insurance.
It was not the cheapest of the quotes but it certainly was not the dearest and they cover all my needs without breaking the bank.
Most of all they saved me over £100 for the same cover as the company I’m with at the moment which is Churchill which has gone up over £110.

Had a quote but the new car was delayed of course the price then goes up but asked of they could retrieve original quote they did but with a small increase.
