Not really company's fault. Opened email messge. To register/ log in requied code. When received code it came on email and then couldn't find original message, probably due to my age and not a "techy". Would have been better for me if code had been sent via text

The AA was not the most economic, but, for what was paid it was most comprehensive

Too early to rate the policy yet. However, one of the links didn't work, but by phoning and speaking to an agent by phone I am being sent everything in paper form. That was both, efficient and helpful.

I halved my home insurance costs after years of regular increases from my previous provider. The online application was straightforward and cover is at least as good. Claim handling is an unknown quantity and I am giving the AA the benefit of the doubt in that respect.
