I've had the pleasure of working with Ovidiu (and recently Angelin) for numerous OpenEdge upgrades, server rebuilds and the odd bit of assistance with Hotfixes.
Excellent technical knowledge of Proclaim, and our environment through the several bookings we've worked together on.
Each booking has been estimated accurately and completed within our specified maintenance windows.
If in the rare event an extra follow up is required, a solution has always been found in a timely manner.
Excellent customer service skills as well. Always friendly and professional. Even if we find a quirk in our environment.
A real asset to the Access Group.

Overall
Overall, the migration project and support provided by the team were great. Everyone was very helpful, collaborative, and supportive throughout the process.
There were a few delays in communication at times, especially when waiting for updates or responses, but overall, the experience was positive and the team did a great job supporting us through the migration and go-live.

I have experience using sGood Software with very helpful Support Teampecific…
I have experience using specific modules of The Access Group software, and overall I have found it useful for our needs. I have also received very good support from staff members such as Ciji and Prue, who have been helpful and responsive when I have had questions.
The Access Group AI system is a useful addition, although sometimes it takes a little longer to provide the information I need. In some cases, I have found that speaking directly with the support team is quicker and more effective, especially for specific or complex queries.

The ESS implementation was handled extremely well by Cathy. She took care of all the issues and parameters, providing clear guidance throughout the process. All we had to do was follow her recommendations.
Cathy also went above and beyond by assisting with areas where she identified opportunities for things to work better for us.

Excellent support and communication
I’ve had a really positive experience working with Fariq Yosman from The Access Group. Our initial call was to discuss improvements we could make to our website, particularly around functionality and design, as well as looking at things we could add to help improve our SEO. Fariq was attentive throughout and took the time to properly understand what we were looking to achieve, while talking me through different options and ideas that could help.
His communication has been excellent from the outset. He has consistently followed up after our conversations and has arranged further calls to check how things are progressing, make sure previous issues have been resolved and address any further questions or issues that have come up.
I’ve also really appreciated how willing Fariq has been to help with things that have gone beyond his usual remit. He has taken the time to look into issues and help find solutions, even when they haven’t necessarily been something he was directly responsible for. If he was unable to solve them, he put me in touch with the appropriate team member.
Overall, Fariq has been incredibly helpful, responsive and proactive. He has made the process of looking at ways to improve our website much easier, and I really appreciate the level of support and communication he has provided.
