An altogether very good first experience ordering from their website
I have known about The Black Farmer for a few years after having ordered their skinless and boneless chicken thighs from Ocado. I have also been following TBF on social media for a while.
Whilst browsing my Instagram one day, I saw that the founder of TBF posted a photo of his latest digital billboard advert at Liverpool Street Station in London. The day after the founder posted his picture of his advert, I spotted the same advert at Blackfriars Station in London, photographed it and posted it on Instagram. The founder then kindly offered to send me an online gift card to spend on his website and I accepted his offer.
The website is easy to navigate with food and other items in unique categories. Not only did I re-order the skinless and boneless chicken thighs, but I also ordered some mini chicken breast fillets, some gluten-free sausages, some meatballs, some ham, some chicken rillette, a mango, some crisps, some coconut milk, a creamed coconut block, some butter beans, some eggs and some nuts in honey. Upon checking out my order, I was glad that I could choose my delivery date, which is the date of my experience for this review. I also applied the online gift card to my order.
The day before my delivery, customer services reached out to me and informed me that the eggs and nuts in honey were out of stock. Luckily I was refunded for my missing items. On the day of delivery, customer services also sent me my DPD tracking number so I could track my delivery. I like all the products I tried, especially the chicken thighs and fillets in meals I cooked, the chicken rillette and the ham. They had pretty decent use by and best before dates on them too.
Overall, despite two items missing from my first order, the website navigation is a breeze, I have had excellent communication from the founder and customer services, delivery is flexible and the products are delicious. 4/5.

You will not be disappointed with black fatmers products …
Honest to god the flavours from the sausages we have had are amazingly perfect. My personal sausage is the original pork sausage. Juicy thick meaty ssusage with a taste iv never had from a potk sausage. A must for any sausage lovers. Also the ribeye steak. Juicy cuts like butter. My 2 favourite as t yet from the black farmer.
