Horrible casino site gotta be scammers I am really disappointed tried to make a 500 sc redemption as till not processing 24 hours later already verified and same account used for depositing money into the site is my redemption account. Customer service is sending back bs generated responses. Fake advertisement don't go on this site you will get scammed for sure really makes me mad sites can do this to hard working people. Nice selection of slots and you can win but when you redeem it takes forever then they will claim they pay you and it never gets paid. They say check with your bank and you do those nothing showing they even attempted to pay. I live in a different household than my boyfriend and he had the exact same issue said it was paid not it never went in same response it must be the bank. We use two different banks. It's there generic response stating the paid but don't. So don't waste your money here.

Malfunctioned/ scammed

While I was playing 3 African Drums the game by 3oaks, the game or the site malfunctioned while hitting the games bonus i was in auto spin through the bonus round when it ended paying out 1305sc putting my total amount over 4000sc then popping up a message saying "server error try again later" with options of reload or quit well i didn't want to loss my game progress so pressed reload when I got loaded back in it was locked in auto spin at 50sc wager for each spin I hit the stop auto spin button but took me right back to the message so I hit quit this time it once again reloaded back to the game doing the same exact thing I thought if I change the bet it would force it to stop but it changed the bet amount then continued to spin then popping back up with same message. Finally I closed my browser and reloaded the page after a few minutes of frustration, once I logged in it reloaded back to the same game with my balance at 0.29sc. Now im trying to get an answer out of the customer service department and they seem not to be taking this issue seriously.

Customer Service is 10/10 but Redemption….

Customer Service is 10/10. I don’t know about redemption. I am still kinda iffy. My first redemption of $500 went quickly. But now I have about $3000 in my account, it’s pending for a long time. And it makes me nervous. I actually have two pending amount right now, an will be requesting a 3rd one today. At some point I even played it down to $50 and got lucky and got it back to $3000. Depending on how my redemption goes, I will let you guys know and update my stars. I also redeemed from another site and I’ve already received my redemption from them.

Not Trustworthy

I received $2 for reaching a tier, and won $3.22 on some free spins. Well, I had issues with my games not loading, and was told they were having technical issues. So, I left the $5.22, and returned the next day. My money was gone. So, I reached out to customer support, and they said the sent it to the team in charge that I would receive an email on the update. So, a few days pass, and I ask again. Same answer... it's been over a week, and I haven't received an email or my money. I know it's just $5.22, but if they are going to disregard the fact that I had proof of the money, and it is obvious that I didn't play it on any games, and not return it. No email in response, then that tells me they are not trustworthy. That's stealing in my opinion. The customer service is mediocre, because they do respond only to give you the runaround. They don't however email back. I spoke to them on the website chat.

Horrible site

Horrible site. Playing hacksaw games keeps kicking me out. Says there something wrong. And when it does kick me out mid spin it takes my money when it’s a technical issue on there end. Completely horrible. Invest somewhere else people

Nah I ain't watching my language this site two times now I'm being told I can only redeem 175 when two month ago I was able to withdraw 800 I won 1600 today and they stated that any free spin wheel or any welcome offer is capped at a certain level and they take the money back well I talked to support the 600 make sure that the rejection was going through fine they didn't take it then nor did the game take it then you know most games you play say hey for the 25 spins do you only win 10 That's not the case this one they left me with $175 and just or maybe okay with it so that site is trash they're just trash everything's true about the trash they're sick people
