The Candle Brand Opiniones

Good product but oh dear, pestered to death by email afterwards despite requests (plural) to be left alone - they obviously don’t read the reviews. Will not be using this seller again.

Am a returning customer, this time I bought candles as Christmas gifts. Very pleased with them, look lovely and am sure they will be well received.

Very prompt, efficient service. Really happy with my diffuser. Thank you.

Ease of ordering, prompt delivery and beautiful products

When wanting to add an item to a previous order before delivery the staff were most helpful. Just love the quality of their products and have made several orders prior to this one.

Lovely scent diffusers. They came well packaged. Would order again. Also received a wax melt to try. Which was lovely. Thank you to everyone at candle brand

I ordered the Lemongrass and Geranium refill. This has to be my favourite refill. The scent is just amazing. So fresh and fills the room with such a wonderful smell, which isn’t too overpowering either.
As always the free wax melt I received with my order (such a lovely gesture) smells amazing too.

I have order some flowers diffusers for Christmas presents. When they arrive they didn’t disappoint, they make an excellent gift. They look top quality and the packaging is beautiful and it’s all environmentally sustainable.

Love, Love, Love! I have made multiple repeat orders and so many people comment on the reed diffuser flowers! 😍

Awesome smell. Not expensive and very nice.

Fantastic products. Smell amazing and reasonably priced. Will definitely continue to buy in future.

Love this company. Quality products. Beautiful fragrances. So pleased with everything we have purchased. The flower sticks are a brilliant idea & I want more.

The website was so easy to navigate today, placed items in my basket and check out was easy. An email to confirm my order came within a minute or so. The products are really beautifully packed and smell great. I love this is a family business. Feels better to support a local business with sustainability at the heart of everything they do. The whole experience was great from seach to deliver. Would highly recommend.

Received my first order and I have to say my home smells of fresh flowers. These individual waxes are divine.Lots of compliments from friends and family and potential new customers of The Candle Brand.

I ordered a present for my daughter, and when it arrived, it came securely packaged in recyclable material. The scent of the candle was amazing, and I noticed the label peels off, and you can plant it! the label contains seeds, which is an added extra my daughter will love. I was so impressed with the scent I ordered myself some pick and mix wax domes which come in a lovely presentation box with all the scents identified on a separate sheet of paper. The smells fill your home and last for days.

Best melts I've purchased, I've tried quite a few from my mixed box and they all smell amazing 🤩 definitely worth buying.

Product I ordered was just lovely. Received item I ordered quickly .

I made a mistake when ordering and didn't check the delivery box. I had a code for free delivery and after a few emails back and forth, my order was posted to me. Great customer service and beautiful smelling wax melts. I strongly recommend these.

Quick delivery. Gorgeous smelling wax melts.
