Nice but slow to arrive
The reed diffuser is nice and the flower reeds are a lovely addition.
Delivery was slow, I paid extra for 24 hour postage but it took them 6 days to dispatch.
Disappointed in the service

Hi Jo. Having looked at your order I can see that we did dispatch your order on 3rd working day from the day you placed your order, as Saturday and Sunday are non working days. On our website we clearly state that we aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, so I do apologise for the extra day delay to your order. I would just like to remind you of the fact that the delivery time you purchase such as 24 hour delivery, is the time it takes Royal Mail to deliver. If you get in touch with us via email hello@thecandlebrand.co.uk I will be happy to provide you with free delivery on your next purchase with us. Thank you for supporting a small business, so pleased you have enjoyed your diffuser. Christina.

Wow thank you for your order Ivana, Christmas is at Ivana’s house :D
Superb value and the highest quality
Was originally gifted a diffuser and flower reeds last Christmas and have made several repeat orders as I was so impressed.
The fragrances are powerful without being overbearing and create such a lovely fragrance throughout the room.
I particularly love the wild flowers within the label which can be planted.A really thoughtful element.
Have spent the year looking forward to the blackberry and cinnamon coming back for winter and I haven’t been disappointed! Have just received my order of two of them which I’m saving for Christmas.
Can’t recommend this company highly enough and their quality products exceed those of some very well known brands - and I’ve tried them all! I come back to CandleBrand every time.
Just perfection all round.

The diffuser flowers are pretty and different. Some very nice perfumes. I haven't tried them all yet but so far my favourite is the patchouli and lily. The free gift of a wax melt in every order is always lovely too.
