Great concept
Great concept. Love planting the seeds and delivery was fast. I was gifted a Eucalyptus (and lemon maybe!?) diffuser which I loved. Unfortunately they don’t seem to do this one anymore so I ordered the lemongrass and geranium, which is nice but nowhere near as scented as the first one I had.
They need to update their stockists because the one in Winchester no longer sells the Candle Brand any more.

Respuesta de The Candle Brand
Hello Maria Thank you for your review, we are so pleased you loved planting your seeded label. Our fragrances are all handmade with the same ratio of fragrance, but we do stock lots of different aromas that have their own strength of notes in order to suit a variety of 'scent paletts'. Also thank you for letting us know about one of our stockists. We do try and keep in touch with our stockists regularly, however if they fail to notify us of the changes then it is difficult for us to know if they still have our products in stock. In future please contact us with any concerns as we are more than happy to help where we can. hello@thecandlebrand.co.uk. Christina.

Lovely products .... personal communications and a pride in their work.
By far the loveliest scents I have found to satisfy my addiction to wax melts .... long-lasting, unique and very pretty.
Third order already being put together even if I haven't yet got halfway through the first!
So happy to have found The Candle Brand.
Consider me a satisfied customer.

Wax Melts
Returning customer as these are such good quality wax melts. The scents are divine and their burn time is equally as good. Very useful to know they are also pet friendly!

Lack of communication
This order was placed on July 9th and by July 23rd it wasn't delivered. I received nothing about it being sent. It was to be delivered to an address in Southampton, UK. I cancelled the order on July 23rd as I was leaving the country.

Hi Carol. Having looked at your order, we can see that your order was procesed and sent by us on July 10th, along with an automatic email providing you with shipping confirmation and tracking details. I have looked at your tracking and it shows that your order was received by Royal Mail sorting centre on July 11th, but was not updated from here. Therefore we have refunded your order for you whilst we look to claim back through RM. We have emailed you regarding this but have not heard back, therefore we hope that you do see either this reply or your email. Christina.
Wonderful!

I received one of these from my daughter for a birthday present and am hooked. Ordered another and it was beautiful. Sandalwood really comes through. Placed it in bathroom and seems to send the scent around the house. Would recommend buying one of these. They do last for a long time. My youngest daughter pinched my original hence why I've purchased another.
