No help with rejected cratridges
Having purchased printer cartridges multiple times, when nearly a full set of inks was rejected by my printer I asked for the process to manage this and was ghosted after 1 email response, it's a fair amount of money to lose out for nothing, I expected better.

Great overall experience, price and delivery excellent
Great overall experience. Really competitive prices, had the right product and offered both branded and own brand options, delivered earlier than promised in good packaging. Will see how well the cartridges last but at the price they will be fine

Ordered a compatible toner for my printer. One sent did not fit my printer. Contacted company to ask if I could return it and get the correct one. Company refused, insisting it was the correct one. Total wate of time. Extremely unhelpful. Cannot be bothered arguing with people like this and will now go elsewhere.
