Ordered a compatible toner for my printer. One sent did not fit my printer. Contacted company to ask if I could return it and get the correct one. Company refused, insisting it was the correct one. Total wate of time. Extremely unhelpful. Cannot be bothered arguing with people like this and will now go elsewhere.

Quick and efficient but impossible to contact
Quick, efficient, well priced. The only thing missing is a proper way of communicating with the company. I had a question following my last purchase but it was simply impossible to speak to anyone.
