Good reliable company, good prices and great service. Product arrived within two days of ordering.

Order was placed on December 26th . Site had nothing stating they were shut down or any delays etc, order was then only processed on January 2nd …. And then only dispatched on January 6th … amount of time taken for them to even get 2 small items shipped , I’ve since ordered these parts from elsewhere and received them next working day . Can’t say il be using this establishment again due to their leisurely pace with getting parts sent out.

Provided some great advise and prompt delivery.

Honestly, the best company I have dealt with. Phoned them for advise and they were super helpful and knowledgable. They checked my products to make sure I had ordered the correct kit and also abused on other bits I needed. Without asking, they upgraded my delivery without extra charge to next day (which was a Saturday). Due to the busy run up to Xmas, when the kit arrived, a small item was missing. I contacted them on Saturday afternoon and they send an upgraded version to me to arrive the next day (Sunday). The service has been absolutely fabulous. I cannot fault them and will definitely be back in the new year to order more cameras. Thank you so much. Absolutely exceptional!

My call was answered quickly by a friendly, very helpfull and professional member of staff who guided me through exactly what I required, including which tool I needed to get the job done. The item was delivered in a few days and I can’t complain. DPD didn’t do to well and communications for delivery were non existent. But other than that a great experience

Friendly, great advice, helped me understand what new DVR I would need as my old one had been discontinued. Equipment arrived within 24 hrs and when I had questions for software install team quickly raised question with their technical support to help me. So great service would strongly recommend using this company

My system went down on Friday around lunchtime - did some fault finding and identified that the recorder had packed in. The company who provide support were unable to attend until the following week. I went to CCTV online and bought a replacement which indicated a 3-5 day delivery by standard post. As it turns out the recorder was put in the post on Friday and delivered by Royal Mail by lunchtime on Saturday- system up and running on Saturday afternoon. Result!

Delivery on time (well packaged) and keen price, but what sets this company above all others is their after sales service. It was exceptional.
