We're really sorry for the confusion and disappointment you've experienced, and we understand how frustrating it must be not receiving your order when expected, especially as this has happened more than once.

We've looked into things and reached out to you directly with an explanation. In short, it looks like your charge and delivery dates have fallen out of sync. This can happen because charge dates always fall on the same day each month, while deliveries are timed based on your most recent box.

If a delivery date has ever been changed in the past, it can create a knock-on effect over time. We're currently working on improving our system so charge and delivery dates stay better aligned, but in the meantime, we've offered a couple of ways we can fix things for you now.

If there's anything else we can do for you, we'd love to know. We're here to help.

Thanks again for your review - although it's disappointing, we're grateful for the feedback, and I really hope we can make things right.

Your order was unfortunately delayed twice due to some unexpected operational hiccups behind the scenes. While our team worked incredibly hard to get everything back on track (which we’re pleased to say it now is), we absolutely understand how frustrating the delays must have been - especially when you're looking forward to a cheese delivery!

We did our best to keep you updated throughout, but had we known you were unhappy at the time, we would have done everything we could to prioritise your box for earlier delivery. We also offered a 50% discount on a future order as a small gesture of goodwill - while we know it doesn’t make up for the disruption, we hoped it would go some way toward acknowledging the inconvenience caused.

We're really sorry to hear your tasting notes were missing - they’re such a big part of the cheesegeek experience, and we know how much they add to the enjoyment. Had we known, we would have been more than happy to email you a PDF copy straight away.
