Thanks so much for taking the time to leave your feedback, and I’m really sorry that your order didn't arrive on the chosen day. We know how important it is to receive your cheese on time, and we completely understand how disappointing this must have been.

Due to a scheduling issue around the Bank Holiday period, we had to adjust the delivery date for your order. We did reach out in advance to let you know and offer an alternative, and as we didn’t hear back, the delivery was rescheduled by one day. We also included a complimentary pack of crackers as a small apology for the inconvenience.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear you’ve been disappointed with the service.

You shouldn’t have received the same selection twice, and I completely understand how disappointing that must have been.

I’m also sorry to hear there have been a few delivery issues along the way. Since moving our fulfilment from London to Edinburgh, we’ve seen a bit more inconsistency with deliveries in some areas, and we’re actively working on improving that.

To apologise for the overall experience, I’d love to offer you a complimentary cheesebox with a different selection, delivered on a date that suits you (either now or with a future subscription delivery). I’ll be in touch directly to sort everything out.

We really appreciate your support, and I’m genuinely sorry things haven’t felt as smooth as they should. I’ve also shared your feedback with the team so we can keep improving.

I completely understand how disappointing that must have been, especially as it was ordered in advance for a special occasion.

While the order was dispatched on time with a next-day service, the courier delay meant it arrived later than planned, which I appreciate is frustrating when it was intended as a gift.
