Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback - we really appreciate you giving us another try.

I’m very sorry to hear how frustrating your experience was when trying to check which cheeses were vegetarian, and that the “get in touch” link didn’t take you to the right place. That’s absolutely not the experience we want for our customers, especially at this time of year.

You’re absolutely right that we previously offered the option to exclude non-vegetarian cheeses from subscriptions. Much as we’d love to still offer that level of customisation, we’re no longer able to provide bespoke selections. Our monthly boxes are built from a carefully curated, seasonal range - and with only a limited number of artisan vegetarian cheeses available, we found we couldn’t consistently guarantee enough variety or stock to keep a veggie-only box running reliably. Making the tough decision to simplify our range helps us focus on the quality of the cheeses we do offer, but we completely understand that this doesn’t meet the needs of all our veggie customers, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Thank you as well for highlighting the difficulty in finding dietary information on our website. Your feedback is spot on, and our team will be looking into how we can make this much clearer going forward.

You’re right, we are a little on the luxurious side, and we totally understand noticing the price. We work exclusively with small-scale, artisan makers who handcraft each cheese in tiny batches, and our team cuts and wraps everything fresh on the day it’s sent.

It means the world to us that you still enjoyed the quick delivery, the careful packaging, and - most importantly - the cheese itself. We truly hope you felt it was worth that little extra. 👑
