Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re genuinely very sorry for the disappointment and stress caused just before Christmas - we completely understand how upsetting this was, especially when the order was intended as gifts.

Unfortunately, part of the order was missed due to a packing error. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we issued a full refund for the entire order as an apology and offered to send the missing items after Christmas.

This is not the experience we ever want our customers to have, particularly at such an important time of year, and we truly regret letting you down. Your feedback has been shared with our packing team to help prevent this happening again.

Unfortunately, the parcel was lost in transit with DHL, and we’re truly sorry that this wasn’t picked up by us sooner. While we do our best to monitor every order and proactively contact customers, during peak volumes this one was regrettably missed, and we fully acknowledge that this added to your frustration.

As soon as you brought it to our attention, we arranged for a fresh replacement to be sent on the earliest possible delivery date. We’re sorry if this resolution didn’t meet your expectations, and we genuinely regret that we let you down on this occasion.
