Good exchange rates, opaque charges
Good exchange rates but charges are difficult to anticipate.
Load up cash to your account, convert to foreign exchange and then discover the charges that will be added. Its can be easy to under finance your account and have to add more transactions to complete a transfer.

It's a good service and the actual transfer only cost £5 as it was GBP account to GBP account however I was disappointed to find that they were applying quite a large "spread" to their currency rates.
I was moving Euro to GBP and the market rate at the time was 1.138 Euros to the £, however they were selling Euros at 1.148 and buying them at 1.128 so a whole €0.01 in the spread which isn't made very clear, a lot of their marketing implies you're getting a fair rate when clearly you're not and they are still making a handsome profit by adjusting the exchange rates.
Slightly better rates than the High St at the end of it, will use a different website next time.

i have done three transactions now from UK to Kenya and they all arrived safe - the exact amount I sent. Transfer is a bit slow if you use their standard rate, one of them took 4 days, but that is not my concern. Safe transfer is my priority.
