Very comfortable, worth the wait in the end.
Having done a fair bit of research I settled on the English Bed Company for our new bed. The delivery time was scheduled for 6/8 weeks but was more like 13/14 weeks which was a little disappointing, however the bed has arrived and we are thoroughly impressed with it. Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever had.
It looks really great too and finishes off our bedroom nicely.
I would have liked more information about when the bed was ready instead of lots of emails asking for pictures of a bed I didn't yet have. I had to follow up with phone calls to find out any information. The delivery team were very efficient and put it altogether quickly and without fuss.
Overall, I am very pleased with the quality and comfort.

Exceptional Service & Fast Sample Delivery

I received samples in good time
I received samples in good time but not all. I made contact and I received more samples in very good time and a brochure and after that my questions were answered fully and the service was good.

Absolutely in love with our new bed! We did lots of shopping around but couldn't find anything close to the quality of The English Bed Company. Really pleased with our purchase and wouldn't hesitate to buy another bed from them.

Fantastic quality & craftsmanship!
We took delivery of our new bed last week and could not be happier, the quality of materials and workmanship is superb. We're delighted to have such a beautifully crafted & English made piece of furniture in our home.
Communication was great throughout, the delivery and assembly service provided was excellent and well worth the small additional cost.

Amazing quality and exceptional customer service
I purchased our bed 5 years ago and the service at the time was excellent. I contacted The English Bed Company recently as I needed to replace a few of slate holders (they got broken by our removal men in a recent move!) the service again was exceptional. The bed itself is of high quality and still in great condition even after a couple of moves.

Nice sample size and variety

Great quality
Love my bed, it is great the quality. The only downside is, I wanted a really high mattress. So my mattress is 35cm however the cushioning of the headboard and the footboard reduces the space alotted for the mattress reduces so the mattress fits extremely tight. So this bed probably needs a standard height mattress
