Impeccable throughout!
The service, communication and quality of product provided by the English bed company is without fault. I am so impressed with my beautiful new bed, the delivery and white glove service to build the bed was efficient and thoughtful. I would not hesitate to recommend!

Bed fell apart within hours of assembly by delivery team
I had a king size bed delivered in November. Within hours of the bed being assembled by the delivery team, the slats started dropping out. A bed repair person, appointed by the English Bed Company visited my house on 22 November and agreed the slats were not long enough for the frame. I haven't heard anything since. I get no updates from anyone on the progress of the repair and have been left with a bed, which I've paid over 1000 for, which I have to treat very delicately in order for it not to break. By comparison, I've had much better service and a much better bed from a major high street bed retailer. I can only dream I had gone with them to start with! This is my second bed from the English Bed company, the first was a superking and I never had a problem with that, but this experience has been very disappointing and I will not be buying again from them.

MAINLY GOOD SERVICE BUT YOU NEED TO BE PREPARED TO MANAGE YOUR ORDER YOURSELF.
Mostly clear and helpful but a bit of a lottery regarding who you got to speak to. Some staff more knowledgeable than others. Nearly lost a sale deal because some staff were ill informed. This did get resolved though. Quality of fabrics and build quality seems good. We will post a full review once the sofbed is received.

I've ordered few samples from this company. They arrived fast and the quality is very good. I've placed an order and now waiting for my bed frame to arrive. The customer service has been excellent during the ordering process and they answered all my questions fast and efficiently.

Good experience
I recently order free samples fabrics for new headboards. The sample arrived promptly and they are beautiful and of high quality. The company customer service was very efficient and very helpful with all of my queries. What an amazing company.

Attentive staff
Visited the store in person and the staff were friendly and helpful. Ordered swatches online and they came quickly. Emailed Nathan and asked about a blue light discount, and this was offered - he was quick to respond, thorough and helpful. So far, a great experience and I’m looking forward to the bed arriving in a few weeks! Will update review when it’s arrived and installed. Thanks!

Good quality bed frame
Good quality bed frame, which looks nice. Lead time was as expected. Third party delivery company weren’t the easiest to book in delivery slot, but the people who delivered and constructed the bed were nice.

Really great experience
Really great experience. Nathan was extremely helpful, and even checked in after I received my mattress (which is amazing and super comfortable) to check if everything was all okay and in order. Will definitely use again and recommend to others

Superb Quality and great value for money

Super selection
Easy to use website, so far just ordered fabric samples, quick delivery and useful follow on emails. Also spoke to the store to ask advice, really friendly and helpful. Definitely going to order an upholstered bed but just trying to decide on fabric!

I cannot base this review on the…
I cannot base this review on the quality of the product, as it hasn’t yet arrived, but the customer service after ordering is not good. We haven’t received any form of communication since ordering and we are 4 weeks this weekend (supposed to be 3-4 weeks delivery time). When I phoned, there was no ‘sorry it won’t be there in time’ just a completed disinterested person, who just said ‘it won’t be dispatched this week, we will receive an update next week’ really not helpful in any way!
