The English Bed Company have come to my rescue again. I bought a bed from them seven years ago and one of the brackets has broken. I emailed them asking how I would go about purchasing a new one. They emailed me back and said, “we will send it to you, free of charge”
PS. We still love the bed, top quality, top company and would definitely recommend.

Bought a beautiful looking bed some tome ago it was never assembled properly its been nothing but trouble its a storage bed The headboard looks great but weve had so many joiners trying to rectify the base with no

I’m very particular so on receiving samples so quickly and well packaged was impressed. Samples were of good quality and size. If this is service received for samples I’m truly considering my next headboard from this company.

The store has products that cannot be found anywhere else, I was amazed by the quality and exclusivity of the brand.

I haven't bought a bed from the English bed company, but I have received samples from them, which were received fast and in a satisfactory manner. I can't give a company 5 stars without trying their products myself, hence my 4 stars. I do need to mention though, for transparency, which I'm sure they would be supportive of, that I am writing this review because they offer a free fabric cleaning kit if I do so.

Two beds & two chairs ordered!
Loved the swatches, only took a couple of days to arrive, there was an offer expiring the day after i'd ordered them & they agreed to honor it still. Looking forward to receive the beds & chairs!

We are moving house shortly to live in Derbyshire and looking for new furnishings for our new house. Priority is a new bed. We saw English Bed Company online and will be making plans to visit the showroom in Manchester when we move.

The samples we ordered were received quickly and will help us make a decision on which bed to order. So many choices of styles and fabrics. Looking forward to our visit in coming weeks.

The bed is an excellent quality and the mattress is very comfortable. We had some issues with the outsourced delivery team in that on the first attempt the headboard came in one piece and the second team actually delivered it in parts and rebuilt it. Otherwise a great bed

Very quick to send samples and brochure. All their products look very well made and not with the use of toxic materials which is why I was looking to them to furnish my bedroom furniture / bed & mattress. I want to go natural and have my bed and mattress hand made in the UK to know where my products are being made and what they are being made with is of the most importance to me.

We've had our bed for 4 years. It's still as good as the day we bought it. It's a metal bed frame and there's not squeak from the frame, the mattress is excellent and looks as good as the day we bought it, no sagging no collapsing at the edges. This has been a fantastic buy and wouldn't now go anywhere else for a bed now.
