Dishonest, keeps your money without reason
This company keeps your money because they tell you that you did not return the item when you know you did. No matter what you tell them or that you show in your cart it has been returned they tell you it has not. There's no research no investigation into the people that check the package when it gets to Fashion pass. I've read loads of reviews stating the same thing. They are out to take your money or they have dishonest people working for them that are taking the products and saying the customer did not return them

terrible - clothes SMELL and are tacky as all hell. wrong shad eof colors, wrong fit... they also wouldnt let me cancel without charging the full month even though i informed them i wore nothing and returned immediately. shitty overall

Fraud or incompetence?
They claim to have no received things that you’ve sent back and they charge you hundreds of dollars for worn items that aren’t worth a fraction of that price. Whether it’s fraud or incompetence, I don’t know. But I would steer clear.
Warped clothes, still awaiting refund
Clothes in poor condition. Blazers were shrunken and warped. One smelled. When one item was forgotten in the return and sent the next day separately (after refusing a prepaid shipping label)- they would not waive the charge for the item (almost $300) even though it was one day. I understand it’s an auto charge but it has not been almost a month and I have yet to be refunded. Their correspondence team is slow and frustrating to deal with. Will never ever use them again unfortunately. I was looking for a new company outside of Nuuly but will be going back.
Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Tried fashion pass after a friend recommended them. I signed up, paid the membership fee, placed an order and waited for my clothes to arrive. I received an email that the package was delivered- but I never received the package. I reached out immediately and customer service has been unprofessional. They repeatedly tell me “their business has a lot of liability” and to wait 3 days. It’s been over a full week and no clothing and no refund and no explanation. I’ve emailed repeatedly to please cancel
My membership and refund my money since I never received an order. Do not recommend them at all

I love the clothes selection combined with accesories. I like casual clothes and there is a lot of options.
Fashion pass has been a life saver
Fashion pass has been a life saver! I initially started using it to rent for my bachelorette party and bridal events, however, I continued using it because it's allowed me to try new styles and trends without purchasing them first. I love the variety and can't wait to continue to rent from FashionPass.
Best Clothing Rental Place Yet!
I've had subscription services for clothing rental for years and recently found Fashion Pass and I love how easy they make it to transfer items, quick shipping and SO many options of clothes, bags and accessories! Clothes range from wedding, work, vacation, weekend, lounge - options for every occasion!

FashionPass has been my go-to clothing rental service for over two years now. They have so many amazing options, and everyone on the team is so amazing and helpful! I love using FashionPass and always recommend it to all my friends.
Game Changer!
I love every single piece of clothing and jewelry I’ve ever gotten from here. The fact that I can switch up my wardrobe so easily and get to choose if I want to keep/buy the ones that I loved -is simply amazing! As somebody that was (is) a compulsive buyer, having something like this company is a game changer. Plus honestly, whoever is choosing which garments to get every season has such a perfect eye for fashion. Could not recommend more!

My item is missing and they wont send it or respond to my emails. Additionally, all of my items smell like perfume and are in disgusting condition

If I could give it a negative star I would! I contacted them because I had a 30.00 TShirt that I had transfers to the next order but decided I did not want to continue my subscription- my size was always out of stock and the options just weren’t that good. They assured me that since I cancelled, my card would only be charged for the cheap shirt (everything else was returned). I come home from vacation to see that they have tried to charge my card multiple times for obscene amounts, far exceeding the cost of the shirt. Luckily my bank declined but now they want 137.00 for a 30.00 shirt- not happening. Do not use this service. After this happened, I did some research and it seems this happens all the time.
FashionPass is a lifesaver!
FashionPass has an amazing selection of brands and clothing items to select from. They have super fast delivery and the return process is super easy, although, I do wish they used USP rather than FedEx (shortage of FedEx locations in Denver). It’s easy to switch out items and they’re great about alerting you when an item is back in stock. World class customer service. Overall, a really great option if you’re looking for a quick closet refresh for an event or trip. Would recommend to a friend!
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. No one will get back to me. My package went missing on its way here over a week ago and Ive sent 3 emails and have heard nothing back from them. They dont care and they lock you into your membership. I can't cancel this subscription because I technically am "renting items" meanwhile I haven't received my items. Disgraceful.
Canceled due to terrible customer service and product
First experience was really good. Second was terrible. Awful customer service. Clothing is old, smelly and worn out. They are unresponsive and do not resolve their customer service issues. Offer no solutions. Terrible. Will never recommend or use again.
