There was trouble with the item I ordered so they upgraded my order for no extra cost. The delivery was quick and the fossil was packaged very well and included so many good documentation. I recently purchased one of the shark teeth collections. Unfortunately when it arrived it wasn't quite as expected therefore I returned this. I cannot fault the high standard of customer service I have received, rapid responses and even a complementary gift has been sent as a means of apology.
