i didn’t get a notification that my order had been processed or shipped. i emailed fragrance cart to ask about the status and only then got an email saying the order had shipped. i immediately clicked the FedEx tracking, and instead of saying the delivery was on its way, it said a delivery had been attempted and failed. the delivery required a signature, which i had no way of knowing and so wasn’t home for the first delivery attempt. i then had to make arrangements the next day with FedEx to leave it at a delivery point, but the perfume had already been sent out for a second attempt at delivery. by some chance, the FedEx courier somehow showed up during the 45-minute window that someone was home during the day. so yes, i did get my order, but better communication could have avoided a lot of stress.
