Never fails to deliver, always great service
Glasses were delivered on time, although they did not have the size I wanted they did as a gesture of goodwill upgrade my delivery. Their response was a bit slower than usual this time around but a phone call was all I needed for reassurance. The company is great and great quality branded glasses with great customer service. I understand they may have been busy but could work on more prompt responses. Thanks I love my glasses!

Really pleased with my new glasses
Really pleased with my new glasses. Great website which was easy to use. The value for money is incredible. I saved almost £200 from what the same glasses were going cost me at a high street optician. They also came a week earlier than I was told, so very happy with that. Will be buying all my glasses from here from now on. Thank you

Aviod - no order confirmation, no communication
Placed an order but received no confirmation email or request for my prescription. Waited 2 days and contacted them via the email address provided - no response. Have had to raise a claim with my credit card company.

Pretty Good Overall.
Perfect glasses at a unbelievable price.
They did answer emails, but not in any hurry. I had my glasses before they told me they had been dispatched.
But now I know this, I still wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Worth putting up with to save £200-£250!

Do not use this company!
Do not use this company! Ordered two pairs of glasses, one pair was great, the second pair came with a reading lens for one eye and a distance lens in the other. (prescription is for identical lens in both eyes) Sent the item back and am still waiting for the problem to be rectified (ordered 6 weeks ago).
Customer service is very poor. If I had known this at the start I would have ordered from a reputable company.
Very slow at replying to emails
Very slow at processing orders.

Do NOT trust
Ordered a pair of frames. Got no confirmation email . Checked spam , nothing. So I emailed them in case maybe I had misspelled my email . Nothing , no reply . Emailed again with screenshots of my order number , PayPal payment . nothing , ignored . Had to claim money back from PayPal . Still no response . Ringing them you get a voice message saying all emails responded to in 24 hours !!!

The website, the way I could filter to help my choice of frame, then the way to select lenses, was simple, easy to understand, and clear to follow. I opted for verifocal lenses and have a strong prescription that I could upload or type and was able to do both. I placed my order and had received emails of order placed and next steps. Then the team contacted me to advise the a better option was available to better suit my prescription to support a thinner lenses more suited to my frame choice. Delivery wes prompt and ahead of advised lead time advised. All in all great service, post order customer service, prompt delivery and very happy with the glasses when they arrived. Great lenses, vision now very crisp on distance and close up work. Great work, The Glasses Company, I will use your services again!

SCAM they say the item is in stock on…
SCAM they say the item is in stock on their site when in fact they have 0 actual stock and then takes your money tells you after they dont have the one you want in stock and to pick another one, so you do but then they stop giving you updates and never post the frames you can try to phone them email them its no use stay away

Hugely Cheaper than High Street Opticians
Came across this company by accident and this was my first experience with them. I was after a particular model of glasses frame from a well known brand. The Glasses Company had the best price (less than half the price of a high street optician) and the frame was delivered to my door within the advertised timeframe. Very satisfied and will use again in future.

The site is good but needs updating
The site is good. Was able to do a difficult varifocal order. Communication
Only problem is the site content has glasses that are out of stock or unavailable in different sizes and colours, which is what I was interested in. They need to update or have a better updating system. Went through quite a few choice but extremely happy with the outcome.

Huge saving on retail high street…
Huge saving on retail high street prices. Bought frames only, was a little disappointed at the time it takes for them to come especially when you are buying frames only. However the saving means it's worth the wait.
Glasses arrived safely and within delivery window.

Great experience & good service
Easy to navigate the website, choose a frame and add my prescription. The whole process was clearly laid out and easy to understand. I was well informed about order processing and delivery times. And they arrived earlier than expected! I was very pleased with the service!
