I found a pair of Oakley glasses on this website that I wanted and at a good price but was a bit dubious ordering from them as I had never heard of them, but after reading a few reviews I took a chance and placed the order .
I was told the delivery time was 14 working days.
Having placed the order I never received any confirmation email and so just waited , after a week I received an email recommending upgrade my lenses as they would be too thick, which I did.
14 working days passed, and still no glasses so I emailed them asking for an update to be told they are waiting on the lenses and it would be 2-3 days and when they send them out I would be emailed to let me know .
I never received any confirmation email (again) and the glasses eventually arrived after 20 working days ( nearly a month after I placed the order
I am very pleased with the glassses but the delivery time and communication was very poor , I wasn’t sure if they would ever arrive .

Excellent service with genuine products. Couldn't of been more helpful as the frames I chose weren't suitable and didnt fit, they quickly exchanged for a better option, even provided a refund against the difference..

Great value and prompt delivery

The frames are great but the communication is sadly wanting. There is no email to advise the order has been accepted. No timescales
for delivery. No email to advise out for delivery. All of which would have been a nice personal touch.

Ordered and paid for glasses, then get an email saying they don’t sell them anymore, and to choose a different pair and they would “help” which they didn’t. Ended up with glasses I didn’t want,

Only complaint would be lack of conformation emails from the company. I was worried about it, however customer support responded in a timely manner and reassured me.

Had nothing but problems from the start. Unable to contact company by phone. They just don't answer. They are very slow to respond to emails. My glasses arrived they didn't have the right size so I agreed to go slightly larger when they eventually arrived the frame was out of alignment and the lenses were nothing like my prescription, blurd and unusable. I have returned them as instructed and heard nothing from them. I have chased them by email but again no response.......I have now requested a refund.

Price was unbeatable, comms was a little slow but service was very good.

The customer service was very helpful.

The order process has been fraught with delays and miscommunication. A complete lack of empathy or regret for errors or delays, just abrupt responses.
No direct comms possible.
Glasses eventually dispatched without tracking on to discover that they had Demo nil optical property lenses were installed. The response of customer service was brief: “ please return and we will endeavour to verify your claim via our laboratory”. The company should be in possession of ordered lenses under our name, if not why? Proper search for what went wrong would obviate this kind of response. So, yes we are very disappointed with overall attitude to customers.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. After confirming prescription details and telling me one pair were not in stock so I would need to get another and I had to pay the additional cost, all after the order was placed. 1 pair then turned up without any prescription at all in them, I then had to send back at my expense for them to fulfil the order correctly. No communication when they were received back, I had to chase to check, I then chased again to see when I could expect them to be told we will let you know........they turned up the next day!!.

What should have been a simple transaction has not felt like that.

I was worried about buying from this company as it is relatively unknown. Sadly, my concerns were well founded. I was provided glasses that were not as described. Returned them, but told I cannot get a refund as part of their policy. Now seeking resolution through PayPal. Likely get a response from Glasses Company to this saying they will sort. I returned the glasses over a month ago and still no further forward. Will not be holding my breath.

Update: Further to GC reply, the transitions do not work whether or not in a car.

I now have an open case against Glasses Company pursued by my credit card company.
