Well pleased a little more of a wait for delivery but good value for the money

My glasses still have not arrived no one has contacted me and I have no idea where they are

Two weeks for delivery not one email. Do you get from the company to say that you’ve purchased them or when you are receiving your glasses

Unfortunately, a very negative experience. For the second time in a row, they sent me the wrong glasses. I wrote two emails but never received a response. Customer service is non-existent, completely unreliable.

I believe I made the same mistake once before with these guys - thinking 'available' means in stock.
Some days after placing an order, I received an email offering another pair of frames and to despatch them first class if I accepted, as they said the frames I'd originally ordered were no longer manufactured. So I chose another similar frame but then had to wait around two weeks before they arrived.
I did manage to speak to someone on the phone throughout, which I appreciated and the lady was very pleasant, but it was a long wait and I'd be reluctant to order again.

Great prices and range products, and prompt delivery. Great communications, too. Will use again.

Glasses sent within a few weeks as expected, no issues.

Purchased new glasses on a new prescription as my eyes were beginning to strain on my existing prescription.

They are Oakleys I really cannot afford them but after looking around these were the best price I have had them before from the Glasses Company no issue.

Purchased on the 17th October I have been chasing delivery since end of October no tracking update from Royal Mail. I have asked today 5th November for a delivery date or refund as this is now a medical emergency and I will purchase them elsewhere. Waiting for a response .

The service from ordering the glasses to delivery was quick and the frames are great . I will be ordering more
Excellent service

Ordered my glasses online,Had no confirmation email couldn’t contact them on their website by phone or email 7 emails were sent back by mail demon,If I hadn’t have had the presence of mind and taken a screenshot of the order I wouldn’t have had any proof of purchase very poor.

Straight forward to find a pair of glasses linked to the code on the arm of my previous pair of glasses. I liked the shape and wanted a similar new pair.
I used an online resource to measure pupil distance.
The glasses compare well to the very expensive lenses I have previously bought. I will use this company again as I saved a significant amount of money and the quality of the glasses is excellent.

Great value for premium brands, Had to wait a few weeks for my new glasses but that isn't too much longer than the time I would have had to have waited if I had gone with ordering glasses from a well known high street brand, the money saved for arguably a better product made waiting the extra time not so bad.

Glasses were well priced and came in around 10 days. No emails or any communication though - glad I screenshot my order number

one star is generous, apart from the price this company is shocking. placed order, no confirmation, called - automated answer, tried contact page on site - doesnt work, emailed.....still waiting for a response. if you choose to take a risk with them use a credit card so you have a chance of getting your money back

edit: as per others reviews the item was unavailable (i assume so you can order another frame once they have your money) finally got through after going through their t+c's for another number. turns out its an opticians in Luton, best number is 01582 575886

requested a refund, we await to see if this happens

Simple and easy to order. Slight frustration that the item I ordered (and showing as in stock) was no longer available, but customer service was good in providing alternative options.
