Outstanding service
Outstanding service. New radiators through property, Boiler Service and unblocking of one heater. Philip was great the work was completed to a fantastic standard the house was kept immaculate throughout the job. We were kept up to date with all progress, timings etc. Cannot recommend highly enough.

philip from the heat network came and replaced my boiler and radiators not long ago and i would highly recommend, goes above and beyond for you and the jobs done so quickly and to a high standard.

Jones Heating was an excellent company to deal with. Good honest, hardworking with an amazing tidy job. I am very pleased with all my new radiators. Loved the communication throughout so knew exactly what to expect and always delivered on time. Would highly recommend.

Called Jones Heating with regards my mothers “Back Boiler” & “Gas Fire” that required a service… Booked me into the diary arrived on time and serviced both appliances… Hoovered up and made sure the living room was left clean. Service certificate emailed over the next day.

This is the second time I've used Jones Heating to service my boiler. Phil the engineer was on time, polite and explained everything I needed to know. Really nice guy, and provided a great service. I'll definitely use Jones Heating again

Jones Heating get 5⭐️s all around
Great Service from the people at Jones Heating Ltd, was supposed to have a boiler service done but the engineers found a problem and had it all sorted in a couple of days for a great price, the guys were friendly and showed me what was wrong with the boiler all for a great price and kept me up to date with progress. Will definitely have them Service the boiler from now on 5⭐️ all around

They arrived as expected, very friendly and polite, efficient workers, cleaned up behind themselves. This sounds like what you should expect, and is not a big deal, but rarely what you get, so I was very pleased!

Boiler replacement
Philip came out efficiently when I had an issue with my boiler. He tried to get out the following day however couldn't which was entirely down to my diary and not his so appreciated the effort. Found out the boiler would have been an expensive repair so a new boiler was required. Philip managed to organise the replacement boiler and fit it within a week which was greatly appreciated as I have 2 young kids and had no heating or hot water, Philip also offered heaters in the short term which was nice of him but we already had a couple of heaters so did not take him up on the offer. He also explained clearly the work carried out and the benefits of the boiler options.
