Actually wild to see some of these negative reviews I made a purchase just recently and I received my order relatively fast. Being from Australia and house of klone is in America. It still came quite fast. I wasn’t happy with one of the sents and asked for a refund and they were very fast to reply and offered a partial refund overall I am quite satisfied with the whole process only thing that I will add that is negative. Be careful of their subscription as I didn’t even know I had signed up for it when I purchased the three but it was also really easy to cancel this subscription.

Customer service was on point. They helped me out hassle free.

I GAVE ONE STAR BUT THIS COMPANY DONT EVEN DESERVE ANY STARS AT ALL. I ORDERED AND DIDNT RECEIVE NOTHING! I REQUESTED A REFUND AND AT NO SURPRISE I DIDNT GET THAT EITHER. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

Based on the email exchange, they did ultimately make it right and created a replacement order for **Oud Noir**, which is worth highlighting in the review.

I had an issue with an order from House of Klone where I ended up receiving a duplicate fragrance. After reaching out to customer service, they worked with me to resolve the situation and ultimately sent me a replacement fragrance at no additional cost.

I really appreciate Ryan and the House of Klone team for listening to my concerns and making the effort to take care of me as a customer. That kind of customer service goes a long way, and they definitely earned my respect for how they handled the situation.

As far as the fragrances themselves, I really enjoy the scents. My only criticism is that I wish the fragrance would linger and project a little longer throughout the day. If the longevity were stronger, they would be even better.

Overall, though, I'm very satisfied with how House of Klone handled my situation, and I would absolutely give them credit for standing behind their customer service.

I was missing a cologne. Emailed the company and got a quick response and a replacement sent

I did not receive all the items in my order. I immediately emailed Customer Service with the issue and they responded right away and resolved my issue immediately. I would give them 5 stars. However, until my replacement shipment arrives in full with all the items I purchased then I will give them a full 5 star rating.

Your customer service is great but I haven't received my order last time I checked my tracking it's showing the plane just landed I order online a lot but it's been over 2 1/2 weeks and you social media advertising your products

I ordered perfumes that I never received because they failed to provide my phone number and email address to the courier. In cases like this, the courier company simply sends the package back to them.

They refuse to refund me for this incident, and they also refuse to send replacement perfumes.

I was mainly interested in seeing how close these fragrances are to the originals, but I guess this is also a good reminder that sometimes trying to save money ends up costing you more. :)

Ordered two fragrances. Arrived, but their scent only lasted a few seconds. After that, I received a woman's fragrance. I complained but got nowhere. Don't buy anything from them.

- currently in an email dispute with a guy named Ryan! Assuming one of the owner because all he keeps saying is he's a small business - so if your broke just say your broke don't steal people's money and not send the product!

I purchased several perfumes from House of Klone based on their claims regarding fragrance quality and longevity. Unfortunately, the perfumes I received are extremely weak. After spraying, the fragrance is very light and disappears within approximately 1–2 hours.

This is very different from the 8–12+ hour longevity advertised on their website.

I contacted customer support to request a refund. Instead of offering a full refund, they offered me only a 50% refund while allowing me to keep the perfumes. I explained that my complaint is not simply about personal fragrance preference — it is about the products not performing as advertised.

I am currently requesting a full refund and am willing to return the perfumes.

Based on my experience, I would recommend being cautious before purchasing.

Fantastic scents but gave 4 stars due to the unknown subscription and wish they lasted slightly longer. Satisfied with my purchase overall.

It took longer than expected to receive the product. When I did receive the product one of the fragrances, the creed Adventus KLONE, was greatly different than the original of which I have. Also, one of the bottles had a faulty spray top, which caused the knock off fragrance to leak all over the bottle. After 19 emails with Ryan and the evidently head of Customer Service or somebody of that nature his name is Steven and we had four emails. After much go around, they issued a credit refund and I’m awaiting that to hit my bank. The only fragrance that is very compatible is the KLONE of the Louis Vuitton imagination. Again unsatisfied with everything that transpired when I spent $140 with them. Again slowly, satisfied with what they had to offer and the only fragrance of five that I received again was Louis Vuitton imagination. The rest quite a bit unsatisfied. They are very extremely reluctant to receive a return of all the products. The fact is they said a 30 day return even if you’re unsatisfied again but very reluctant to accept a return.
Remember, if it’s done on your bank card at your bank, you can completely reverse the charges, and I could easily with the email proof that they would not accept a return, with it four days after I received all the product.
