Cheap looking mask, Spirit Halloween quality. The "wearable" mask is NOT wearable as the eye slits are misalligned and you cannot see out of the eyes slits at all! What a huge waste of money! I wish I'd never bothered supporting this company.

The attention to detail is incredible! The masks look so realistic, with amazing craftsmanship that really sets them apart from typical Halloween stores. You can tell a lot of care goes into the designs. Highly recommend for anyone looking for high-quality horror products!

I placed an order for a pre-order item in June based on the Horror Dome saying the item would ship in September. As of October 8th I have not received the item. This purchase was made on the assumption I would receive the item in September as promised. When I reached out to the Horror Dome for information on my order they were very arrogant and said "there were thousands of orders in front of yours, you have to wait in line for yours to ship". This wasn't what was told to me in June - I was told if I pre-ordered my item and paid for it they would ship it to me in September. They didn't say I would have to wait for "thousands of people" to get their orders first. Poor communication and poor customer service. Don't promise things you can't deliver.

Ordered a Halloween mask from The Horror Dome and was really happy with it. The quality and detail were great, it shipped fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I also had a question about my order and customer service got back to me quickly. Definitely ordering from them again.

The mask looked nothing like what wa pictured on the website. The eye cutouts where miss aligned. The paint was chipping off in little spots all through out the mask this was supposed to be their HD Studio Pro quality masks what I reached out to the hordoms customer service to get a replacement or a refund because under their policy it says they will do a refund or replacement if the mask is defected I never heard back from them if you want to mask for trigger trading or dressing up at your house to pass out candy this is probably an okay mask but it would be overpriced for that you'd be better off just going to Spirit and getting a mask half the price for the same quality definitely not a good mask for Haunted House actors

What I received: a pink/purple face instead of the blended yellow-green, lime-green paint crudely sprayed on the sides, a black smudge across the forehead, dark soot-like marks around the eye and the claws, and a much cruder, less detailed finish overall. Even the claws are arranged differently.

It's a shame Trustpilot doesn't let me attach a photo, because the side-by-side comparison says it all.

When I sent them this comparison, customer service answered that it's a "lighting" issue: warm/yellow tones, shadows, low brightness in my home.

My photo was taken in bright natural daylight against a white wall. And I'd love to know what kind of lamp can rearrange claws, add black smudges and spray-paint green patches onto latex. If my living room light can re-sculpt and repaint a mask, I'm in the wrong business.

Lighting changes how colors look. It does not change the sculpt, the paint application or the level of detail. Blaming the customer's lighting instead of admitting the product doesn't match the photos is insulting.

Selling a product that looks nothing like the photos and then gaslighting the customer about it is a scam. Save your money.

I'm happy, I saw what they were like, before placing an order for a super expensive item, especially since I live in Europe (I can only imagine the nightmare if there were delivery issues or other problems, given that they never reply).
My partner and I contacted them several times over a weekend and the following week seeking crucial information about an animatronic for our halloween haunted house, and we didn't get a single response in a whole week.
Just imagine, if they don't reply before you've even committed to buying, what must it be like once you've actually placed an order?
Frankly, I have no desire to chase after them
I don't have the time for that. It’s a huge turn-off. It doesn't come across as serious or professional.
And after reading other reviews online, I really have no interest in doing business with them.
I'm giving them a miss and sticking with reliable sites like Mad About Horror, Horror Shop, HalloweenCostumes, and Déguizfêtes.
