We, and our parents have used HTSS before. Our latest experience was the same 100% dedicated staff, from sales to install to technical. I would never buy a tub from anywhere else. Very good communication with regards to delivery, and power requirements. Lads showed up on time, installed exactly where we wanted it. Ross was excellent and allowed us to upgrade the steps for minimal cost, and made sure they came with the tub. Slight issue with a faulty topside, which is no fault of htss, but this was fixed in literally 2 hours as their main technical engineer came out to swap it, on NEW YEARS EVE. OK, I'm not far from their base, but even still, that certainly goes over and above. Thank you Guy.

Master Spa are great tubs, but you need the support, and that's why I now have had 3 tubs through htss

Our old tub 'died' after 15 years of service. We popped into Hot Tub Superstore in Blackpool to see what was available. My heart said go with the Michael Phelps all singing and dancing, my head (called Sheila) dictated a more measured approach. We settled on the Clarity Precision 7 as we prefer a seat in each corner. Andrea was very helpful. Order placed. Lucky us, as its planned 8 week delivery reduced down to 4. On the agreed delivery day, living 1000 feet up in the Pennines, meant snow halted our plans. No problem for Hot Tub Superstore. date re-arranged for the following week. Tub and install team arrived on time. Bitter cold and slippery underfoot phased then not one bit.. a few hours and a couple of brews saw the tub fully installed and warming up. Faultless service from start to finish. We have no reservations in recommending Hot Tub Superstore..

I have just had my 2nd hot tub delivered this week my last one was still going strong at 9 years old but we fancied a different style and we went for something a bit more powerful and energy efficient.
Would only use these guys after care with parts or tub care is 1st class

What a great company starting with the dealings with Ross who gave us a good price on a demo tub, then the engineers did a great job installing the tub, coming back a second time as I had not done the base to the required standard. Back up and customer service is spot on as well.

Super showroom, very helpful and knowledgeable sales team, quick efficient delivery service, excellent product. We purchased the Getaway 5 hot tub for our holiday let business, as we needed a regulations compliant hot tub that could be enjoyed by our guests renting the lodge. It is an excellent hot tub, simple to use and has all the usual toys you would expect. I could not rate the product or the Hot Tub Superstore team more highly.

We received a lot of help and a warm welcome when we visited the showroom. Everything was very well presented and we could see and ‘wet test’ our possible hot tub purchase.
We were not rushed and after we had decided on the hot tub that we wanted (Master Spa Legend 6) the purchase price was amicably negotiated for our cash in full purchase.
Prior to our showroom visit a free site visit to our home in Cumbria had been made. The proposed location was a long way from our house and, to our surprise, delivery to site from my driveway across a public footpath in a field and back onto my land was deemed suitable for a 3 person task. A distance of about 200 metres!
Delivery was prompt and as arranged beforehand. The hot tub was installed onto my base and we were shown its features and how to use them.
We did have a few teething problems with a couple of LED lights and with the Bluetooth music system, however, the Hot Tub Superstore responded very quickly to these problems and all was very soon made good.

We were extremely satisfied with all aspects of the help, guidance, installation and promptness to address minor problems. At all times every person that we met was helpful, courteous and efficient. Telephone calls and emails kept us well informed at all stages of the process.
We do not normally say, as it is rare for everything to go really well, but on this occasion we would happily recommend The Hot Tub Superstore to anyone with a maximum 5* rating.

Shopped around but The Hot Tub Superstore was by far the best value.
Their service was great from start to finish. Installers arrived as scheduled and got the hot tub up and running with no fuss and carefully explained everything I needed to know to use and look after the tub. We’ve been using the tub almost daily for a couple of months now and it’s fab! Would definitely recommend.

We took advantage of the black friday discounts to stock up on filters, additives etc.
There is always a warm welcome from any member of staff, but on this occasion it was Ross Phillipson who helped us, giving guidence through expertise.
whether you are spending a few thousand on a new hot tub, or buying some additives, you always get the same great customer service.

I purchased a legend 7 hot tub. The experience from start to finish was first class. They have such an amazing and friendly team. Any issues i had were dealt with quickly. They also took away the stress from dealing with arranging a Crane to lift the hot tub into my garden. A special shout out to Ross, Wes , and Nino.

Wow! What a company and team. From start to finish, from sales to installers, we received excellent service. We live in the middle property of 3 and have no side or rear access so were a little concerned about the tub coming through the house. The option of doing a "whattsapp walk through" video was excellent. We also live a good 5 hours drive from Blackpool but the best day for us to receive delivery was a Monday. Despite them normally only delivering to our area on Tuesdays or Thursdays they swapped things around for us. The installers were very friendly , knowledgeable , efficient and fully equipped for bringing the tub through the house causing absolutely no damage and making absolutely no mess. We dealt with Ross from the sales team who was excellent throughout and Phil ( i think ) was the main installer who was brilliant. If anyone i know mentions to me that they are thinking of having a hot tub i will tell them they really should look nowhere else than Hot Tub Superstore !! Thank-you all once again , you made the dream come true
