I have been with them for more than 10 years . Excellent personal service . Swapped my old tub for a new one recently. Ross was excellent in securing a new deal. You could ring them anytime with no issues and they will sort it out for you. Had a small issue with finance 1 year after I bought the hot tub and Ross again sorted it for us . I would highly recommend them

Brilliant service from initial phone call to the after sales support. We were given clear advice on the features of each spa, benefits, etc. Installation was 1st class - guys arrived at 0930 and were gone by 1500 (hot hut & heat pump installed) and all rubbish removed.

Having experienced a Lazy Spa for several years we had always hoped one day to progress to a Hot Tub.
A total minefield when you start looking.
We researched Master Spas, and they became a firm favourite, for quality of build, design and price.
Just over two weeks ago we made an enquiring call to the Hot Tub Superstore and spoke to Rachel.
As potentially a first time hot tub owner, we had many questions, they probably were not the first time that Rachel had heard them, however, we never felt that any question wasn’t worth asking and we were soon reassured.
Rachel was extremely knowledgeable and listened to us to establish what would be the best start up Hot tub that would meet to our needs.
Not once did we feel under pressure and on Thursday we took delivery of a Gataway 6, bearing in mind we live in East Sussex we were blown away that delivery, installation, steps, cover/handle and starter chemicals were included in the price.
Phil and Darren installed our hot tub, extremely professionally everything was organised and everything explained for use and maintenance,
Even after this short time we love our hot tub, it’s been definitely worth the wait and worth every penny.
I know we may still have novice questions that we need to ask however through the experience we have already had I know that any question however daft will be answered

The team are always helpful and very knowledgeable. I love my Hot Tub. Bought the legend 7 and it is fabulous and very easy to maintain and run. Just emptied it for the first time and it was so easy to do using the pump I purchased from the superstore in Blackpool. Where I also bought the hot tub.

When looking for a hot tub for a holiday let we are developing we turned to the Hot Tub superstore. They were excellent with advising us as to what we suitable for our needs, and then on installation Nino and Aaron were super helpful with getting the hot tub installed and commissioned. We are really happy with our dealings with this company and look forward to working with them going forward

I contacted the Superstore because we had inherited a hot tub with our new house and to be honest I did not have a clue. To say that the information I was given was amazing is a massive understatement. They were patient and understanding, they gave me the full details of the spa and the age and even confirmed that they had supplied and fitted it. A few weeks later after we had encountered some problems with the spa set up I contacted the technical team and was amazed how knowledgeable they are. Not only did they talk me through how the fault codes and system works but even gave me a call back the next day and advised me about a possible issue with the pump on the spa, they identified the issue, recommended the part needed and even talked me through the process of how to identify the issue and correct it. Possibly saving me hundreds of pounds in the process.
I really cannot thank the Hot Tub Superstore enough and when the time comes we will definitely be going back to them for a new tub.

This is our second hot tub from the htsuperstore, the first gave us ten good years. From the time of seeking advice, Dean, discussing a part exchange, Ross to those who came out to inspect and install the tub, Phil, Aaron and Nino, we have dealt with pleasant, professional and helpful people. Good product and excellent service.

We recently bought the getaway 6 hot tub which is perfect for our family, when we originally went in to the store Andrea was very knowledgeable & made it easy for us to choose the tub which would suit us best, 1 WEEK ( yes just 1 week) later we had the hot tub installed the engineers/fitters were brilliant & took care of everything installing the hot tub & then once they had filled it went through some general maintenance & training of what to do going forward in order to get the best out of the tub.

The showroom is really good with lots of hot tubs which are on show we are very happy with our purchase & the whole team at the hot tub superstore were brilliant & very helpful - we would highly recommend

Andrea organised a crane as well for us which came at an extra cost but was needed as we couldn’t get the hot tub into the garden any other way the crane company which was used were also brilliant & very helpful.

We made a purchase of new hot tub , the staff and delivery personnel where extremely polite and all delivered and installed at the time given , I would recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase a hot tub , I have had 2 tubs from this company and would buy again if I wanted another in the future !

Paul did a wonderful job of commissioning my hot tub and fan and helping me to understand the essentials so I could get started using it straight away. I will read the booklet again once I have got used to the hot tub but to begin with I really appreciated Paul's making it much simpler to understand what I had to do.

Called into the store today for a bit of information and the guys Guy and Dan could not be more helpful. I bought a spa off them 10 years ago and just wanted a bit of help about the chemical system and seeing this was an old spa they treated me just like I was buying a brand new one ,nothing was to much trouble .I cannot recommend this firm enough if you are looking for a hot tub/spa this is the firm to go too.

I bought a hot tub from them about 8 years ago. They were brilliant then and still are. Guy helped me with replacing a water heater pump and couldn't have been more helpful. I highly recommend them as a supplier, and the aftersales are excellent.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish. Not knowing much about hot tubs, we had visited the Blackpool store and had our many, many questions answered by the staff.
Leading up to installation, Damien and Rachel were always on hand to advise on location and technical queries.
On installation day, Nino was absolutely fantastic. He was with us from 9am until 6pm as we also had a ground source heat pump installed. He explained everything really well, including how to use the control panel and manage the chemicals in the hot tub.
10/10 for the Hot Tub Superstore, we would highly recommend them.
