First time user of The House of Cigars. I found the website site excellent and informative. I thought the pricing is very reasonable. I arranged for click and collect which was more convenient for me. When I arrived at The House of Cigars the person who served me was very helpful, he also gave me lots more information. I cannot fault any aspects from viewing and ordering to collection (and smoking the cigars) I will definitely use The House of Cigars again - 5 Stars all the way

This is now my go to place
This is now my go to place, when buying my cigars. The online service provides a good selection of cigars, and at good prices. The site is easy to navigate and order, and there is an option to 'buy and collect', or get sent in the post, both of which I have done with an excellent service. I normally choose to collect, as the gentleman that I have seen face to face, is indeed just that...a gentleman. He is always very polite, curtious and notifies me of any new promotions. An all-out great service.

Good Establishment
Order and collect! Simple, easy and friendly. I parked my car outside the site and the sales team member came out, verified my order and handed over the package, there was an error on my order and it was acknowledged and resolved…. the guy even called me to remind me to collect my missing item and apologised for the error! Good customer service and great prices!
