The Jewellery Stop Opiniones

Great product.
Quick delivery.

Very prompt delivery and excellent customer service when I wasn't completely happy with an item - the issue was resolved in a very friendly, helpful and efficient way.

I bought 3 pairs of earrings as a result of my first purchase that required customer service help. I was so impressed with their level of service, that I bought again from them & will continue to do so. Very pretty earrings

I received my order in a couple of days and was able to track its progress easily. Both sets of earrings were lovely, even better than the online photos. The only reason I've given 4 instead of 5 stars, is that one of the earrings came off the fish hook. Luckily, I was at home, found it and was able to reattach it more securely.

Minor problem dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Excellent costume jewellery with different designs and colours to suit all tastes at competitive prices. I have purchased earrings and necklaces on line and at various events. On the one occasion I had a problem, it was quickly put right with a polite apology.

Item was out of stock initially and I was informed it would be sent as soon as it was available. The item arrived after weeks later and in good time for my wife’s birthday. Great service!

Lovely necklace & earrings, fast delivery - many thanks

A lovely clear website made the choice easy, but I have usually visited the shop and got the best possible service from the excellent Karen. So, I prefer the personal experience. However, Click and Collect was easy enough, even though the sight of an empty shop is hardly inspiring! Karen was as helpful and friendly as ever.

I genuinely love the jewellery. Every shape and colour. I keep coming back for more to add to my collection. Great customer service inshore and online.

Very helpful when I ordered something they sent a lovely replacement

Purchases a necklace this morning. I had a brilliant time, so helpful. Knew exactly what suited me. I will be looking on line for more. Great to support someone's dream rather than a big company ❤️
