From entering The kitchen depot in East kilbride, all staff showed professionalism. We had a small kitchen but knew what we wanted and got exactly that with a bit more. From the planning to the fitting everything went flawless. Fitter Chris M showed true workmanship and could not be faulted with his suggestions and my does he put a shift in. Very trustworthy as we left him with keys to get on with job with no disturbance.

From picking our kitchen, ordering kitchen to the full delivery of the kitchen we had no problems. Everything arrived on time with no damage and was delivered right into house.

Would definitely recommend kitchen depot to others if they want a professional, quality kitchen.

Excellent service and communication from start to finish. Gina and Rob were very friendly and helpful without being pressured. Gina took time out to listen to what we wanted and made good suggestions. She also had a lot of vision which helped us greatly in the design appt.

Russell was a meticulous worker with great attention to detail and always helpful with my questions.
Most of the kitchen was fitted within 5 days. The team reassured me and I didn't feel stressed in the process.

We would highly recommend the Dumbarton branch of Kitchen Depot! From the very start, nothing was too much for them. We changed our mind a couple of time with colours etc, and the team were very patient, allowing us samples to take home to compare etc. Once we booked in, we were given a date which suited our timeframe perfectly, and we couldn't be happier with the fitting team! Scott led the team through fitting and was fantastic. Again, nothing seemed to be too much for him. The work was completed within the given timeframe, completed to a really high standard and any hiccups were dealt with well. We are absolutely delighted with the finish product and spend the majority of time at home in our new kitchen now!

I would highly recommend The Kitchen Depot if your looking for a new kitchen. I went to the Dumbarton one. Vincent was fantastic in helping to design the kitchen and couldn't have been more helpful. Everything ran very smoothly and all tradesmen were very professional and friendly. All work was done to a very high standard. Loving the kitchen.

Kitchen Depot Falkirk were great from start to finish. First contact was with Petrina who was very helpful and knowledgeable, then Antony gave me advice on the best layout for my kitchen, which has worked out better than I could have imagined. The fitting was done by Robert and Lewis who have done an amazing job. Would highly recommend Kitchen Depot to anyone thinking about changing their kitchen!

We had our very compact kitchen completely redesigned by Tea Dragas at The Kitchen Depot. She made the absolutely best use of the limited space and her design was tailored to our requirements. Our kitchen now feels bigger than it did before and yet we have so much more storage. The fitters that were recommended by Tea, Ringo & Mat, were extremely pleasant to have around and their workmanship was of an excellent standard. We are still pinching ourselves because the kitchen suits us so perfectly. Thank you 😊

Highly recommend the kitchen depot. From the start appointment and designing and all the way through of the work being done we were impressed. Kept in the loop and everyone was friendly and helpful. From our appointments with Ollie to Steve, Tim, Mike of the fitters and electricians. Really impressed with the aftercare after the kitchen was complete too. Nothing was too much trouble. Love my new kitchen!

Absolutely fantastic service from beginning to end. Tea and Sarah gave me all the time and support I needed to make choices for my first ever kitchen refurb. There was no hard sell, but instead clear explanation of choices, with a readiness to save me money where helpful. The fitter, Paul, was utterly professional, and went above and beyond to understand my needs and the idiosyncrasies of the space. I'd always imagined that getting a new kitchen would be something to endure, but instead it was an experience to enjoy, thanks to such a kind, competent and good-humoured team.

If you're looking for a kitchen go to The kitchen depot and Antony and katrina will look after you.They take all the stress away from you ,and give good advice but most of all they listen to what you want in a kitchen. The quality of there kitchen are really of high standard and are at affordable price.Robert and lewis(father and son)work away to perfection and clean up after themselves, and they never stop till the end of their shift.you have the electrician and plumber,who are also dedicated to their job.The telephone calls from Antony and Katrina are every day and also after the job to see if your happy with the jobs that were getting done but most of all to see if your happy with your kitchen. The workmanship and communication from everyone at the kitchen depot is 1st class.x

We had a great experience with Kitchen Depot - Oxford Branch from start to finish. Tea, our designer, was superb — she listened, understood what we wanted, and came up with practical ideas that genuinely improved the layout. No sales pressure, just clear advice and a really professional approach.

The fitting team from Bicester were equally impressive. They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and delivered a high‑quality finish with real attention to detail.

We’re really pleased with our kitchen from the Kitchen Depot. Starting from our initial discussion, Mike completely understood what we wanted and the budget we wanted to work around. Mike has been so patient and knowledgeable, guiding us through the whole process. The recommended fitter has also been fantastic too. Our kitchen is now a beautiful space that works for us. Would (and already have) recommended them to friends and family.

When we first decided to renew our kitchen we knew we wanted that personal touch. From our first step into the falkirk branch we felt it was the place for us. Antony made us so welcome and at ease, we had our home visit then went to see Antony. Wow the design he had drawn up for us was amazing, from that moment on everything went so smoothly.
Gergi came to fit our kitchen, my goodness that man is a hard worker. Such a nice and friendly guy, I felt at ease with him so did the dogs. In a week we had our dream kitchen, it looks exactly like the drawings Antony had designed. We had calls through the week to make sure everything was going well, which was a nice touch. Thank you so very much for all you have done for us, you definitely are an amazing team.

Great experience from start to finish. The whole team (Irene, Stuart & Des) provided excellent communication throughout. They explained everything in a clear and stress free manner. The kitchen fitters skills and workmanship was top quality and my kitchen looks amazing. Highly recommend!

From the moment I was told that before any design could be done I would need a home visit first to assess & measure, I felt I was in good hands. The next day I was invited to the Wolverhampton showroom to see the plans that Ben had prepared, I was blown away - I'd mentioned various outcomes that I was after but he had thought of things I hadn't considered. The choice of styles at the Wolverhampton showroom was impressive & I soon made the choice & agreed to go ahead. When it came to fitting the kitchen Aaron was superb, his work ethic was second to none, he handled everything, from the addional sockets I needed to arranging the gas fitter to commission the new hob. In 6 days I had a stunning, more practical kitchen with more bang for my buck than I expected and top notch service from all. Thankyou all.

We looked at a couple of other companies but Kitchen Depot Letchworth swayed us with their friendly, helpful and flexible attitude, as well as the quality of their kitchens. Chloe did the initial design and she and Jess were great, patiently working with us and advising on various changes until we were happy and had settled on the final version. We appreciated the company's flexibility in working with us to include only the elements we wanted as it was not the 'all or nothing' approach of some companies. Communications were great from start to finish and we were kept informed of progress and next steps. Chloe and the team recommended an excellent builder, Callum from CJA Building, when we struggled to find a suitable builder, having been left high and dry by another local company. Everyone that the Kitchen Depot worked with did a great job, including Matt who fitted the kitchen and Italia Stone who measured up for and installed beautiful worktops. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Kitchen Depot Letchworth to others. Huge thanks to Chloe, Jess and all the team.

After looking at a few companies online we decided to pop in to the Kitchen Depot, Oxford branch as I had seen good reviews for them by people I knew in the local area.

On arrival we were warmly met by Tea, who was finishing off a design for another client and pointed us to the display area and invited us to have a look around while she finished up and then we could sit and chat.

We saw a colour scheme and style we liked, so we sat down with Tea and showed her some photos of our existing kitchen. She booked us in for a home visit to measure up and draw up some ideas. We didn't think there was much she would be able to do differently due to the kitchen being quite small and we have an awkward corner where the stairs cut through the ceiling which we had no clue what to do with other than boxing it in. Tea told us she would have a think and see what she could come up with.

We went back in a few days after her visit and she had proposed moving the sink by about a foot which meant she managed to fit in an extra cupboard on that side and she also had incorporated an additional cupboard above the fridge. As for the awkward corner, Tea proposed a cupboard below the stair section and then use the above section as a book or display area. We loved the idea and Tea looked genuinely chuffed that something she had come up with was so warmly received - it highlighted the fact that she had thought about the design and it wasn't a rinse and repeat. She was fully upfront with all costs, gave us a quote and we decided to go ahead.

The fitter team Tea booked in for us, Matty and Ringo, had called in for a final measure and viewing of the area prior to us signing the final paperwork.

Now as for the fitters, they are independent teams and we could not have been happier with our guys. Between them they did the electrics, plumbing, fitted the cupboard and worktops and did the tiling. They already had someone booked in for plastering and when they discovered a capped off gas pipe from our previous boiler which was in the way (there was no way Tea or the fitters would have seen it on survey as it was behind our tumble dryer) they had a gas engineer on site the next day to sort it. The attention to detail Matty and Ringo had was exceptional. As an example, we had requested new faceplates for our existing sockets so they all matched and when swapping them over one backbox was a few millimeters lower than the other's. It was pointed out to me when I offered them a cuppa and even though I could barely see the difference and it would be behind our microwave, Matty said he would put the plate on and see how it looks. 2 minutes later from the other room I heard him say to Ringo “nope - can't leave it like that - it's being fixed”. The pride they took in every aspect was above and beyond.

So, to summarise the design was brilliant, fitting was exceptional and the working relationship between the fitters and the Kitchen Depot meant everything went according to plan and we are delighted with the outcome.

We can't recommend The Kitchen Depot, Oxford highly enough!

Having been looking for a years to find a reputable company to replace our kitchen work top I contacted Kitchen Depot. We had a visit from Ollie who was lovely and took measurement and said he would forward to The company they used . The following week we were contacted and 3 weeks later we had our beautiful work top and we are over the moon and can’t thank Kitchen Depot for their help and support . Would definitely recommend a very professional company and when I need a new kitchen I won’t be looking elsewhere thank you so much 😊
