The pre sale service was excellent. Staff at the Dumbarton Depot very approachable and helpful, making sure the customer experience was a really positive one. Quality of kitchen and workmanship was extremely high. Would definitely recommend. Very competitive prices and shopping local was our preferred option.

from the initial call to bishopbriggs kitchen depot , the measure visit , the design meeting Martins customer service was brilliant , he’s so helpful , & designed the perfect beautiful kitchen to maximise our space . The fitting team Willie & Ronnie were some of the most helpful , hardworking tradesmen I’ve ever met . Aftercare not so great 6 weeks and counting to fix electrical fault with lights …. Really disappointed after everything going so well

Having previously used the Kitchen Depot in our old house we were more than happy to use them again, so over a decade later we went back to the Kitchen Depot Telford. Olly was great to deal with and was really down to earth and honest from the initial visit, the home visit where he listened to our plans and then the design visit where he was happy to make the changes that we wanted, of which there were a few up to and including after the fitting started!
The fitting was carried out by Steve and Joe who did a fantastic job especially when being supplied with copious amounts of tea!
There was a couple of issues with broken items upon delivery but these were rectified with no issues.
The quartz worktops were fitted by Purple granite via the kitchen depot and look great but surprisingly stain really easy and are not as practical as we initially thought which is down to us needing to have researched them a little more maybe. They do look amazing though!
Overall a great experience, from planning to completion.

We recently had a new kitchen supplied by the Kitchen Depot East Kilbride Branch, fitted by Stewart H and his exceptional team — and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

From the very first conversation with Darren and Kirsten in the branch, we were immediately put at ease. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm for helping us find the perfect kitchen gave us extremely high hopes for the project. I am delighted to say that every single member of the team not only met those expectations but exceeded them in every way.

Stewart and his fitting team were, quite simply, outstanding. From day one, their approach to the job was exemplary. They arrived punctually every single day without fail — something that, in my experience, is rarer than it should be in the trades. The site was kept as clean and tidy as possible throughout, which made an enormous difference to our daily lives during what can otherwise be a very disruptive process.

We have three young children and, as any parent will appreciate, our home is a busy and lively environment. Stewart was incredibly considerate and mindful of this from the outset. He took the time to understand our family's routine and worked around us with patience, care, and good humour. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Every question was answered, every query was addressed, and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure the whole experience was as smooth and stress-free as possible for our family.
Having worked in the building industry for over 20 years, I have seen a great deal of workmanship — both good and bad — and I can say with complete confidence that the quality and precision of Stewart's finish is among the finest I have ever encountered. Every detail was immaculate, every joint perfectly fitted, and the overall result is a kitchen we are truly proud of. It is a testament to his skill, experience, and dedication to his craft that the finished product looks and feels absolutely superb.

If you are considering a new kitchen and want the peace of mind that comes from working with genuine professionals who take real pride in their work, look no further than the Kitchen Depot East Kilbride. We cannot recommend The Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs highly enough. We’ve never had a new kitchen before and were slightly apprehensive about the process. We shouldn’t have been. From the first message enquiry, right to the very last interaction, Jill made the whole process seamless. At no point was there any hard sell and any queries or changes we wanted to make were dealt with efficiently and with a smile. Jill is such a pleasure to deal with. The showroom is a real asset and we made a lot of decisions based on the real-life versions in here. Brilliant team of fitters too - thanks to Willie and Ronnie in particular. I’ve heard horror stories of people having kitchens installed and it going on for months. We made our very first enquiry mid-Feb and had our kitchen installed mid-March! Cant fault any part of the process - great company to deal with - would highly recommend!

Kitchen Depot provided a new kitchen for us some 12 years ago and it has been excellent, save that some of our white doors had yellowed over time with light exposure. Mike did a fair deal for us with replacements, and original fitter Steve returned to fit the new ones in a day. A very friendly, efficient, and good firm to do business with.

Fantastic service from The Kitchen Depot Falkirk on the design, planning and installation of our new kitchen.
Antony and Petrina were very friendly and knowledgeable when we first went into the showroom to discuss and plan our kitchen project. They took time to explain all the options and offered their advice when planning the layout.
Managed to fit our installation date in very quickly after signing up for the kitchen.
Installation was completed within a week and Zsolt the installer was excellent ensuring all the trades were there when required and his workmanship was second to none.
We are delighted with the finished kitchen and would recommend Antony and his team at The Kitchen Depot Falkirk if your looking for a reasonable price and fantastic service if your planning a new kitchen. Thanks,

The experience was brilliant from start to finish. The showroom is well stocked and Ollie was very knowledgeable about the choices on offer. There was no pushing from them just advice on what would work best for our space. Excellent value for money and having looked at all the ‘big’ brands for kitchens much better quality! Also, the fitting team were excellent, happily coming back to make some tweaks!
A really easy stress free process, I cannot recommend the Kitchen Depo highly enough.

We have been delighted with our whole experience with Kitchen Depot at Bishopbriggs from the first time we visited the showroom until the day it was fully fitted and we could use it for the first time! Jill really listened to all our requirements and came up with a super design. She was endlessly patient as we tweaked her design until we were satisfied and it was within our budget. Willie and Ronnie were so hard-working and considerate when they were fitting the kitchen: they kept to the schedule and overcame any obstacles with a smile.
The finished kitchen is a dream come true, I love cooking in it as it feels so much more spacious than our previous kitchen, also the quality is fantastic. I especially love the walk-in corner pantry. We just have one small snag which is being dealt with. What was best was having the peace of mind of Jill doing the project management. Everything was taken care of by her.

An amazing service from start to finish no sales pressure just great advice and a design of your kitchen. Of the work! We were so impressed with my mums kitchen we had no hesitation in going back to the bishopbriggs store for our own! Would highly recommend you go visit you may perhaps get quoted cheaper elsewhere but I guarantee you won’t get this quality of kitchen or service anywhere apart from here

Updated review - after the speaking with the owner who is rectifying issues and we are satisfied with his help. He was incredibly understanding and sympathetic with our problems and could see where communications had failed with customer services .

This is a long read but if you are thinking of going with Kitchen Depot be warned !!!

Please be aware if using kitchen depot based in Shrewsbury and Telford - we purchased our kitchen from them and it was fitted in August 2024. The first problem we had was the day the appliances were meant to arrive, we discovered the sales person there had forgotten to order them and was on holiday . We were left to sort this problem which we did but it ended up costing more. It was then discovered that the fridge freezers plug would not reach- whilst this wasn’t ideal we needed to be able to have access to switch it off if needed. We provided a surge protection extension lead to protect it and the house . Fast forward to less than 12 months the fitted soft close pantry wasn’t closing - fitter came out and couldn’t find issue . Then a few months after that one of the hinges literally ripped out of the cupboard and couldn’t be screwed back in as it was spinning . The cupboard had failed . We were told we would be sent something in the post to fix it . However our argument was if we do it wrong and cause damage we would be liable . Then (honest to god this is a true story ) 4 weeks ago our fridge freezer was making a very load noise then went bang !!! It was switched off and we knew it needed repair (it had a 5 yr warranty and was purchased in August 2023) however when pulling out the fridge we discovered they had cut the lead of the extension lead and removed the plug off the fridge and spliced them together . This voided out warranty so we had to purchase a new one . Kitchen Depot were called several times about all of these issues and said they would call back but never did. After chasing they told us on Monday that if we don’t repair the cupboard ourself we would be charged by the fitter to fix it- when we asked about the warranty on the cupboards were were told we only actually get 1 yr warranty in the cupboards and that it was between us and the fitter . However when questioned “what does the warranty cover”? They couldn’t answer and actually said “well after 18 months you expect wear and tear “🤬🤬🤬🤬 this is disgusting with how much it cost.
In relation to the fridge freezer they say it isn’t them and don’t want to know
Right so let’s recap :
1)Customer services are crap - you will be chasing them for weeks unless they want your money then they are very responsive . When you are continually having to chase them they get shitty, no notes are ever taken so every time you call up you have to go over the issues again and again and even though promised they never call back !!!
2) the warranty they say you have you don’t !!! Ask lots of questions about this !!!
3) They provide fitters for your kitchen (I want to add here our fitter was brilliant - they are blaming him for their cupboards and materials failing ).
They will not accept any responsibility for errors or failings or errors .

We trusted them with our first kitchen design , we trusted them with an incredible amount of money . If I could turn the clock back we would have gone somewhere else ….

Allan at the Kitchen Depot Ayr made my whole experience of purchasing my kitchen very easy.
From the moment he came to measure up until the finished product, everything went like clockwork.
The tradesmen were all very respectful of my property and all communicated with each other.

Kitchen Depot in Falkirk provided excellent customer service throughout the planning and installation of my kitchen. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

Just had a complete kitchen installation including small extension from Bishopbriggs Kitchen Depot. Jill (Kitchen Designer) totally absorbed what we were looking to achieve and gave us some innovative design ideas which I would never have thought of. There was no pressure just an abundance of solutions to fit the budget. Davie the lead fitter was a breath of fresh air with his approach to the build and installation keeping us up to date at every stage. Davie and his team were meticulous and determined to make the whole process seamless. I feel they went the extra mile . I needed a company that would do everything design, demolish, build, plaster, plumbing, electrics, and flooring. Quality of products awesome no MDF here. I now have my dream kitchen and absolutely delighted with the end result, couldn’t recommend Bishopbriggs Kitchen Depot enough!

Well what can I say from the beginning working with Clare our designer at Kitchen Depot at Cambuslang who has the patience of a saint to the kitchen fitters lead by Stewart who was fantastic and his team of tradesmen that were involved were fabulous easy to talk to and understood exactly what we needed and wanted done. Nothing was a problem, would recommend Kitchen Depot to anyone thinking of either upgrading or re-modelling their kitchen.

Great team and communication every step of the way. From measuring up, planning through to installation we were kept notified all the way to job completion, and what a fantastic kitchen we have in our small house. Colourful, brighter and more space...Rob and his team worked wonders and at a price that the Big boys could not match.

We used Kitchen Depot Letchworth to carry out a complete kitchen removal and new installation. We chose Kitchen Depot after getting 3 quotes and decided that the design by Chloe at Kitchen Depot was the best and the price was competitive. The 3d images provided at the start closely match the finished kitchen and we are delighted with the end result. Their communications throughout were excellent. The quality of the kitchen units is excellent too. Special praise must go to Rob who removed the old and installed the new kitchen and designed and fitted some bespoke elements. Quartz worksurfaces installed by Italia Stone are also superb. Flooring by associated company EW Flooring is excellent too. Many thanks to Chloe, Jess and all the team.

We recently had our kitchen renovated by Kitchen Depot (Hemel Hempstead), and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish.
From the very beginning, the design process with Wesley and his lovely family was smooth and enjoyable. They were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what we wanted from our new kitchen. Their advice and attention to detail helped bring our vision to life.
When it came to the installation, Jack and his team were brilliant. They fitted the entire kitchen to a very high standard and were always friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. Nothing ever seemed too small or too much trouble for them—they consistently went out of their way to make sure everything was completed perfectly.
The whole team made the process stress-free, and the final result is a kitchen we absolutely love. I would definitely recommend Kitchen Depot to anyone considering a kitchen renovation, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
