We purchased a kitchen from The Kitchen Depot, Hillington, Glasgow and from first visit, to designing with Marcus, to fitting, everything has been first class.
The kitchen fitters, Douglas and Paul have fitted a kitchen which is above our expectations.
Douglas, the senior fitter, effectively coordinated all the required tradesmen, plumber, plasterer, electrician, so that our kitchen was completed hassle free in 5 days.
Both Douglas and Paul went above and beyond and showed outstanding professionalism and knowledge to fit our kitchen, dealing with any fitting hurdles that presented.
Nothing was a problem and both always had a ‘can do’ attitude to complete the job to our full satisfaction.
I would have no problem in recommending The Kitchen Depot to friends, family and others and imo Douglas, the senior fitter, is one of the calmest and most knowledgeable tradesmen I have ever encountered.
Thank you for giving us a kitchen we didn’t think was possible. The quality of the kitchen is so much higher than expected.

The most positive experience with the friendliest staff I have encountered. Just reached out for support re integrated washing machine after an installation 10 year ago and met with the most responsive assistance I could wish for and issue wasn’t even their responsibility, Solved like a dream. 10 years later kitchen still looks brand new, was very affordable then, quality indeed x Thank you so much Yvonne and team at The Kitchen Depot Hillington.

Please note this review is specific to the product/design consultant we dealt with at the kitchen depot Hillington.
This is not a review of the kitchen depot as ultimately we did not purchase our kitchen from them.

We dealt with Marcus Faulkner from our initial contact and subsequently several times afterwards. Marcus was absolutely fantastic, a credit to the kitchen depot. He helped enormously with a design, made suggestions when asked for his professional opinion and his communication was first class. Any time we were promised a design update, question answered etc it was always given in the time frame agreed. Marcus went out of his way to source a worktop my wife liked, even though it was not a range the kitchen depot offered. In the end we came down to choosing between two kitchens, one being from a competitor. They were similarily priced and the only reason we went with the competitor was one slight detail on their kitchen which my wife loved.
We would recommended Marcus unhesitatingly for the way he dealt with us and his communication.

What a great service we received from Kitchen Depot Wolverhampton, from our initial meeting with Ben in their showroom, to site survey, design, delivery, installation & sign off, everything ran smoothly and on-time.

Our kitchen was an unusual design, and we wanted something different, as storage space was limited. Over the past couple of years we had spoken with a number of kitchen companies who had basically offered the same design as we had, with new cupboards etc, nothing different.

Ben at Kitchen Depot Wolverhampton listened to what we were saying to him, and came up with a unique design, which not only maximised storage space, provides a larger floor space, but looks great as well.

We did tweak the design a little which was never a problem with Ben and finally settled on, what we thought, was a very competitively priced kitchen.

Aaron, the kitchen fitter, also surveyed the kitchen before work began, to make sure he understood our requirements. Aaron arrived on time every day, worked a full day, and tidied up before leaving. The morning of the 1st day he carefully stripped out our original kitchen (we had a buyer for it so didn't want it damaging) and cracked on with the installation of our new one.
We cannot fault Aaron's work ethic or his attention to detail.
Around 10 days after the kitchen was completed, Ben came round to sign it off and see if there was any minor snagging we had found, there was only one which is being attended to.

Overall, a great process from beginning to end with absolutely none of the problems sometimes heard of from different companies.

We would not hesitate in recommending Kitchen Depot Wolverhampton.

A massive thank you has to go out to the whole team at the Kitchen Depot Rosyth for transforming our kitchen, we're so pleased with the finish and the result. our project not only involved a new kitchen

From the helpful, knowledgeable and showroom staff to Mick the fitter / builder guru and his team of trades. Nothing to much bother, nothing too trivial, every query answered in a timely manner and actioned. The quality of the finish is first class and the partner businesses (Rocca Stone - Glasgow, Andrew Allan Architecture - Rosyth and Carpet & Flooring Store - Rosyth) played their part in working with the installers, and fitting the Amtico flooring and Quartz worktops and splashbacks to complement the kitchen and organising the building warrants and legal side. All 3rd parties organised and managed in conjunction with Mick and there wasn't a day without an email report with the progress and next steps.

The whole experience from start to finish was smooth, stress free and 1000% professional. We are delighted with the results and having the wall down makes the house so much more liveable and practical.

If anyone is going to update their kitchen, you couldn't really go past these guys.

Excellent choice of cabinets. I’m delighted with the kitchen which is now complete. The Kitchen Fitters, Al & Cal, were great and completely trustworthy. They and their whole team fitted in with my busy schedule and were always there on time, working hard to get the kitchen in place and were always happy to look at areas of difficulty and find solutions.
I would recommend them with no qualms to anyone needing work done in their home- a first class team

From our initial visit to the Telford showroom with little idea how our kitchen might be re-designed, to today's "sign off" visit from Chris, one of the business's owners and Harriet, our kitchen designer, nothing has been too much trouble. Our 25 year old drawer line kitchen with granite work surfaces was still in reasonable shape. I was concerned that we would spend a lot of money only to end up with a similar layout, just with a more modern door design but Harriet proved me wrong. She was happy for us to book as many design sessions with her as necessary (and pester her with phone calls and emails when unsure) until we couldn't see a way to improve on the design with any further tweaks. Harriet found a way to design a very different kitchen in the same space and managed to include features that we wanted, that other kitchen suppliers we tried just couldn't squeeze in. My wife wanted cupboards replaced with large easy access drawers and full height slide out units, and when we saw one in the showroom, we also opted for a corner larder unit. It wasn't until the kitchen was finished that I realised how transformational this would be. Every difficult to access corner was made accessible. The larder unit puts all the cupboard contents right where you can see them, and holds an enormous amount. Everything that used to be in a dark hidden and inaccessible space in the old cupboards is now easily accessible, and not an inch of wasted space exists anywhere. The installers Steve and Joe implemented the design perfectly and couldn't have been more professional or friendly to engage with. Again - a few tweaks here and there that I asked for were no trouble to them. The end result is amazing. A beautiful and truly practical transformation of our kitchen and utility rooms. We couldn't be happier! Chris and his team are lovely people to deal with. I highly recommend the Kitchen Depot when the time comes to replace your kitchen!

What an absolute amazing experience with the Kitchen Depot Rosyth. Right from day one until the completion everyone was amazing and we felt supported by the whole team. Mick the fitter done an amazing job start to finish and was very helpful at all times. We now have a kitchen to be proud of. We recently had our kitchen designed by Harriet, the manager at Kitchen Depot, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough.

From the very beginning, she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. She answered every single question we had (and there were a lot!) and made what could have been a really overwhelming process feel completely seamless from start to finish.

Harriet really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted from our space and brought our vision to life in a way that was both practical and beautiful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her communication throughout was amazing — we always felt informed and reassured at every stage.

The whole transition from planning to finalising the design was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable thanks to her.

If you’re thinking about a new kitchen, I would highly recommend asking for Harriet. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients really set her apart.

No complaints whatsoever with Chris M , he was a perfectionist fitter . His work and time keeping from start to finish was impeccable . I didn’t have to call him back even once . Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs

It was important to me to have a one stop shop rather than manage different trades and co-ordinate then. The Kitchen Depot covered this.
From initial visit to the showroom in Bishopbriggs until I decorated on completion I was delighted with the experience. Jill and Martin were so helpful,guiding my wife and I through the process from initial choices to following up at completion. The fitters and other sub contractors were under Martin's control and were professional and courteous. I can't praise them enough. The kitchen units are top of the range and the choices are so varied.
I would highly recommend The Kitchen Depot to anyone who is looking for a new kitchen without the fuss and hastle.
My wife now has her dream kitchen.

By the time we found Oxford Kitchen Depot, we had visited several other kitchen outfitters and were feeling confused and exhausted, but Tea was fantastic from the start and helped us feel we could achieve what we wanted.
She helped us with the design, choice of cabinets, colours, door knobs, appliances - everything! She was delightful to work with and even managed to remain patient with us when we needed a boost. She could not have been more helpful and supportive. She even helped us get a fairly big discount on our appliances!
We are thrilled with the final result and have had many compliments from friends and people wanting to know where we got it.

Moving from Telford to Shrewsbury we were able to visit both showrooms and seek advice and help from Ollie and Harriet to come up with the best design for our kitchen around our needs for the space. Delivery of the units and appliances come on time and where well protected. The fitters Ian Martin and David Martin worked in a clean and tidy way and any problems we thought we had they had already thought of and had planned ahead to resolve. We also befitted from Ian and David's many years experience and the results achieved by them are first class also a thank you to the trades bought in who again delivered first class results. All in all a very good experience with a new kitchen we a more than happy with. Thanks you to all involved.

Absolutely delighted with my new kitchen. I had a design in mind and Anthony (Falkirk) brought it to reality at a very fair price.

Anthony has been fantastic to deal with.....thoroughly professional, accessible and simply brilliant to deal with.

My install was quick, efficient and tidy led by Zsolt who did a terrific job. I even had a leak from above from my bathroom which led to a emergency repair (nightmare) but Zsolt came out and removed a few units and came back and put them back in. Unbelievable service and above and beyond.

The whole process was quick, professional and well organised.

My kitchen is exactly what I hoped it would be and I'm delighted with the quality of product and quality of the job.

We have recently had a new kitchen fitted from The Kitchen Depot. From start to finish the service was excellent, also & just as important the after service has been top class with nothing too much trouble. We gave them some information on what we wanted from a kitchen during their first visit and they designed it to suit our needs whilst always being open to discuss everything with us so that we were always on the same page. The fitters did a top quality job with great attention to detail. They also managed the whole project so that we didn’t have to find plumbers, electricians, plasterers etc ourselves. All of the workman carried out the work to the highest quality.
Before stating we had contacted kitchen providers with higher spec who were more expensive and lower spec who were less expensive but The Kitchen Depot were by far the best in terms of spec and value for money. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

From our first visit to The Kitchen Depot Telford,to “ just have a look “, we were very impressed. Oliver was attentive and helpful without being pushy. He happily let us look around the showroom and was on hand to answer questions and offer advice. When Oliver came to our home to prepare a quote he quickly saw potential to maximise our small kitchen. The quote we received was very reasonable and we loved the design Oliver had provided. We were quickly contacted by our kitchen fitter Steve who also arranged for the electrician, gas fitter and plasterer to visit to quote for their services. The whole process was seamless as Steve managed the different trades completing their tasks. Each of the tradesmen were exceptional and we were delighted by their work. Every member of the team worked tirelessly and to an exceptional standard. We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and really cannot recommend Oliver , The kitchen Depot and the team enough for the service they have provided. We really are so grateful.
