We understand that after making your purchase, you were unable to track your order as there was no tracking number provided. Additionally, you couldn't find a phone number or email address for customer service, making it difficult to seek assistance. We apologize for any confusion caused by the lack of communication channels.

It is disheartening to hear that you had to involve your bank in this matter after not receiving the product within 30 days. We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience it may have caused. We understand that you initiated a claim with your bank, and during the investigation, you were refunded the funds.

Unfortunately, shortly after initiating the claim with your bank, you received the product from us, but it was the incorrect size, C90, instead of the C40 you ordered. We sincerely apologize for this error and any inconvenience it caused. We understand that you returned the package as a return to sender, as you were unable to find a phone number to reach our Customer Service team and only had email communication for purchasing additional products. Unfortunately, we currently don't have a phone number our customers can use to contact us. All of our conversions with our customers are done through emails.

We would like to address your concern regarding the cancellation of your claim by your bank. While we cannot directly intervene in your bank's decision-making process, we apologize for any confusion caused by the circumstances. We understand that you did not receive the product you ordered and were dissatisfied with the resolution provided.

Ik vind het jammer om te horen dat de Lacy bh niet goed past. Het is niet gemakkelijk voor ons om dat te vernemen, maar we begrijpen dat iedereen andere behoeften heeft en dat onze beha misschien niet voor iedereen de beste keuze is.

We understand that the Lacy Bra you received did not fit you quite well, and they did not give you the shape and support you needed. On top of that, you seem to have an issue with our return policy. We are sorry to hear that!

Just to let you know, we offer free exchanges. You do not have to return your items back for this. However, if you believe this will not solve your issue and you prefer to get a refund instead, we also offer multiple options for this.

Our return policy only requires customers to contact us within 14 days of receiving their product - then, we send an email with a detailed instruction on returns. We do not ask our customers to return their items to China. Instead, we offer three return locations, so the customer can choose which option is most convenient for them.
