Worst bra and scam ever

Worst bra and scam ever. Laser cut and doesn't matter what size you order because all cups same size and do not fit. Tried to get money back and it's impossible. Finally they agreed to take back if I ship to Wuhan China with tracking number and that cost as much as the bra! Threw parcel in the garbage at the post office. This should be illegal.

Isn't 7 months long enough?

Ordered feb 9th 2022 it's now September and I'm still waiting. I don't even get any communication at all anymore. At least for awhile they did a good job of giving me the run around. Promising the issue would be raised at least 3 times but each time I had to contact them repeatedly. I hope the bra never gets delivered, everytime I look at it, I'll be reminded of this infuriating experience. I never want to wear it, I just want my money back! You people have the order #1644412 and my email. Stop telling me to contact you so you can personally handle (ignore) my request. You can contact me for once. You have my money...I have nothing but aggravation...it smells of SCAM.

If the package is in transit, meaning it has left our facilities and is on its way to you, tracking its exact location would be virtually impossible. However, given that it's been such a long time since you put in the order, the least I can do is try to find out what happened here, or if that's not possible, give you your money back.

Have not received product

I ordered 2 bras at the end of May and I have not received my order. Everything I check my order it says processing and there is no way to speak to a live person

Two bras ordered one delivered

I ordered two bras in March. After several weeks I found a UK number where I was told my orders would be fulfilled as soon as possible. Eventually one bra arrived. I have still not received delivery of the second bra and now cannot find the UK number to call. After more than three months I have given up all hope of getting my second bra. It's a shame because the one I have is comfortable, though not worth the very high full price, it is worth the reduced price.

I will never order another and have little hope of getting the one I'm waiting for.

What seems to have happened here was that we probably didn't have all of the variants you purchased available at the same warehouse.

When that happens, we send out the products separately from wherever we have them in stock. Of course, that also means that they would likely arrive at different times.

However, it seems that you have already waited long enough for the remaining item. We are really sorry about that!

The bra was a joke

The bra was a joke. Absolutely horrible. So there were a couple options : pay to ship it back and receive a credit, ship it back and get partial refund, or donate it to charity and forget I ever bought it. I chose to send back for credit and as you know Canada Post is not cheap. For the next year I was trying to find something good to get with my credit. I ordered a pair of shoes because there was nothing else of interest. I still have credit and my emails have gone unanswered since. I regret this purchase.

It does what it claims to do

It does what it claims to do. I especially love the fact that nothing digs into me under my arms. Very happy with this product.

Ordered 6 bras for my daughter and…

Ordered 6 bras for my daughter and myself on March 5,2022. After 4 emails and 3 actual phone calls I finally received my order on May 31,2022. However minus 1Bra!

We tried one bra apiece and they were horrible!! Mine didn’t fit at all and my daughters rolled up on the sides.

I emailed them to let them I was unhappy and wanted a full refund. I got an answered email stating that the were “sorry” about us not likening the bras and all the trouble of just getting the bras to begin with-(They had explained that the grey bras we ordered were the hold up so we changed the color.). However they told me I could keep the bras and they would give me a 40% refund-how kind of them! They told told me that I could send them back but I had to pay shipping!

So now I’m in the process to do that! Wondering how long that will take? $198.00 down the drain!

Deserves no stars

This bras I bought from this company is a cheap brand that you find on any public market table.Is not what they advertise.I am 40 C so a common size I wear it first time and have to pull it in place in the street to positionit back in place, no support at all ,my breasts come out from top,when I bend down the same thing happen is embarrassing and It took over 4 weeks to get my order but I am glad I ordered one only.
A refund will be appropriate, but I do not think will happen, because they are cheaters.
Very expensive crap, buy it from anywhere but not from lacy bras,please.

The customer service is horrible

The customer service is horrible. I have not been able to contact them by phone or by email.
I bought two bras... NOT as described. Utterly useless.
Their return policy is horrible and they make it difficult to return and get refund. DON'T buy from this company. IT's a major rip-off!!

Stole my money and my return!

Not only did the bra fit horribly, but the material was tight and extremely uncomfortable.
That’s why I returned it… Which has taken an unsuccessful act of congress! You have to call them to make a return… they kept trying to beg for me to keep it and “let me” keep a portion of the money. I declined 20 times because the bra is horrible. Finally…. They emailed me return label for me to pay the postage. So, I returned it and over a month later I have yet to get my money refunded….
They are scammers who steal your money and keep your return for a horrible product! Buy from literally ANYONE but them!!

As for returns, once the returned item is received, it is usually inspected at one of our returns centers to make sure it is in resalable condition, and then the refund is processed. This should not take very long, but also depends on the volume of returns we have to process.

My second order did not show the peach…

My second order did not show the peach colour that I had chosen for my first order, so I've gone for the pink, as the beige on show looked to be too dark.
Otherwise, thank you for coming up with such a comfy design. Will recommend.

Huge bra!

The customer service was OK. Took a long time to get the bra, esp compared to Amazon. That said, this thing is a monstrosity. It covers my whole mid section. Maybe the sizes I ordered were not right. I didn't like it at all and will return them.

My order was not followed up on to tell me that 1 of my items wasn't available. So I had to call 2timestoget my order. A simple email would have made my rating higher.

I ordered on March 11, 2022. It is now May 6, 2022 and sellers still say they are out of stock, of ALL the bras I ordered and they will not give me any expectations as to when I might receive them. No confirmation email, no exchange

I bought 3, opened one, like the fit of the bra with the exception of the back is all stretch and its a little loose. I tried to exchange the other 2 but the company says I need the order no. from the email that they DIDN'T send me. I have the numbers from PayPal but those don't work for this company. If I could get a good fit, I'd probably order more, but I won't be dealing with this company any more because of their Catch 22 exchange policy.

I have the same scenario as Carol

I have the same scenario as Carol. I ordered Lacy bras on the 19th of March and as of 2nd May still have not received the bras. Two weeks ago the representative, who was very nice, advised me they were on their way to the US from the international production facility. That they would be received in Miami Florida and shipped from there. I wouldn’t be so upset if I had atleast received some kind of communication from the Lacy Bra company to keep me updated. As of yet I have to make the calls to them. I have received no updates.

Over 6 weeks from ordering still waiting!

Ordered two 13th March and still being "processed in the warehouse". Getting seriously impatient now 1st May! Will try and call again tomorrow the website is no use at all. Disappointed and fed up
